Entire crew professional. I was impressed how they have the long distance transport service down to a science. Trip from FL to IL went as well as it possibly could have. Our entire family is grateful. Would definitely use ACC Medlink again.

I used ACC Medink to transport my mother from a hospital in NY to an assisted living community in NC. The coordinators were so helpful and responsive and understanding when we had to abruptly reschedule the trip due to a temporary setback in mom's health which delayed her hospital discharge date. On the day of the transport, the crew arrived promptly as scheduled. The hospital staff were even so impressed that they are keeping ACC Medlink's name and number to refer to other families that may need the service. Upon arrival in NC, Mom could not say enough nice things about the crew.

It was necessary and critical to relocate my father from Virginia Beach to a VA hospital on Long Island NY. As his daughters and son, we felt that it was not feasible to drive him by ourselves. This service was very comfortable for my father and for our own mental health that he get home safely while he had constant medical attention for the entire trip. The 2 staff members were attentive and saw him into the emergency department when we arrived. If the need ever became necessary for anyone in my family or the family of anyone I know, I would not hesitate to share this experience. Thank you for arranging the transportation as quickly as you did.

The ride up I-95 from Florida to North Carolina was very bumpy. Even laying in a hospital bed at night, I was unable to sleep due to the jarring, swaying, and bumping of the vehicle. I do not know if it is possible to design a medical transport van to have a smoother ride, but, if so, that would make the trip much more comfortable. The drivers said they did their best but said that poor road maintenance and lots of construction made it impossible to avoid rocking and bumping in this vehicle. Having said that, the trip allowed me to get my very weak and very sick mother to a safe care facility near my home. I am grateful to ACC Medlink for providing this professional, courteous and rapid service.
