The crew was amazing! All three of them. Although we lost our loved one on the way, they were excellent with assisting Margaret and very comforting. I could not thank you enough for all that you all have done to help us in this process. Although he was an hour or so from his physical house, he made it to NC, his home state... which is what he wanted. He wanted to go home! Your service is awesome! To Maria, Tammy, Chris and the drivers and nurse on board, I am so grateful for you!

Kyle was very professional and very nice to travel with.

I had a lot of anxiety regarding the transporting of my father who is 94 years old with dementia from North Carolina to Massachusetts but everyone I had contact with always made me feel comfortable by their professionalism. His aide stayed in contact with me throughout the transport and made me and my father feel at ease with the whole situation. It was a very good experience and made my father feel like he was on an adventure. Thanks to all!!

I was riding with my very frail mother. They arrived on time and did a great job to safely get her on board and transported. Very friendly staff. An outlet for my phone charger was available, very helpful for a long trip. Also, got to the location with no wrong turns! Very reassuring to be able to ride with her.

Overall the transport was great. My suggestion is when you have a female elderly pt you should have a female Rn on board to have to change them if the pt is incontinent. I feel this would put them more at ease.

We had an amazing experience with ACC Medlink from start to finish! We worked with Brittany, Nicky & MarieAnn in customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly each step of the way. The transport staff, Joel, Krista and Jonathan keep us updated through out the entire transport. They took excellent care of our sister Donna. She is arrived in Boston 15 hours later well rested with a smile on her face! Thank you for taking such good care of our family. The Gilhooleys

The whole experience using ACC Medlink was top notch. Up front the service was explained clearly. There was a good stream of communication. Medlink coordinated with the pickup and delivery locations directly and communicated with me so I always had a good sense of what was going on. At the drop off all 3 of the team members were engaged and active and personable. It was very important to me to get a sense of who they were as people and I got a good vibe from the way they were all working to make my 95 year old mother's transition a comfortable one. Overall I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing long distance elderly or medical related transportation.
