My great aunt is over 100 years old and was transported by Chris's crew from Bristol, CT to Danville, VA. The team, from the folks that answered the phone who helped me set it up to the crew who worked directly with my great aunt, were professional and exceptionally helpful and attentive. They provided great quality care during the trip and followed up after to be certain she was doing well. I would recommend this agency to anyone in need of nonemergency transportation anywhere. Absolutely worth every penny!

Your company gave a quote that was about 2/3 the cost of the quote from our local EMS transport service. We found your company to be very professional and patient with my family member who has complex medical issues. You provided excellent care and did exactly what you said you would on time, too. I would especially like to recognize your nurse Melissa who went out of her way to comfort me and offer me reassurance that she would take good care of my loved one, she texted me during the trip and gave me several updates which was very comforting to me. The overall trip from CA to AZ was wonderful. The crew was outstanding. There were a few detours but was no fault of Medlink. The roads in CA were in desperate need of repair which at certain points made for a bumpy ride. If there should ever be a need for transport in the future we would definitely choose ACC Medlink. A big thank you goes to the team on the drive out as well as the customer service that took my call.

I was totally impressed with the whole crew. The drivers were excellent, I felt safe the whole trip. Especially the busy cities which I would not care to navigate myself. The Nurse was a great help to me. I was tired since selling my house, moving the contents, while taking care of my wife with dementia. I had to handle the entire ordeal by myself because of her condition. Jan just jumped right in and took care of my wife while I slept.

The entire crew were extremely professional. The Nurse kept me up to date on my mother's status and expected arrival time. Great team overall.

The entire crew was very professional, efficient, and courteous. The vehicle was staffed and supplied as per agreement. Pickup was efficient and at the time agreed, with us being advised of any delays. Drop off was even more efficient with the crew unloading all our luggage. Travel time was as predicted. The vehicle was extremely comfortable. All facets of the trip were well coordinated.

This was our first time ever having to move my mother from her home in South Carolina to Michigan. My mother has Multiple Sclerosis and just turned 80 years of age. The ride for her was very comfortable. I cannot say enough about the ease of executing the transportation, the crew and staff, everyone has been so professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely use ACC Medlink again.

The nurse and drivers were very courteous. You felt very relaxed with them. Nurse made sure you were comfortable at all times. They couldn't have been nicer. Did want to mention that there were some loose panels on the outside of the truck that kept banging while we were in transport and that was very annoying and was hard to fall asleep. Also, should have a bedpan available on the Truck.

The scheduling staff were so helpful. They found a transport time that fit our needs perfectly. They made each step simple and do-able, and worked with us, the hospital, and destination facility, and the hospice to cover every detail. The transport staff were competent, polite, professional, and friendly. They looked after my mother's needs and delivered us safe and sound. My mother said, "This is a great way to get us to our new facility" even though the route was long. I recommend them without any hesitation. A job well done!
