The only problem l had was the answsering service at night could not connect me with the crew or give an answer to where the Crew was. The Crew was very professional. The ride was comfortable. Our meals were paid for. I wish many knew this kind of service existed. I had to share with the hospital case workers the wonderful service that is available across USA and beyond. Thank you.

Kat, the nurse that traveled with us, called and obtained more specific information and advised me of things I should have available to make my mother's transport easier and more comfortable.
