The team was awesome that cared for my mom. The ride was a little bumpy, but they made the 16+ hour trip go well!

The crew was hired to drive my mother from Kansas City Missouri to DownEast Maine. It's a long drive and requires you to navigate some not so fun cities like Boston. However, they showed up with smiles on their faces and cheerful, positive attitudes. They didn't just unload and run. They made sure my husband and I were comfortable and ready to assume responsibility of care of my mother. They also made sure she was freshend up and ready to relax. I would absolutely recommend this company for care of your loved one. I could not have asked for anything more.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience all around! From scheduling, price competitiveness, communication, accommodations, but especially the crew! My dad reads people well, even though he is 83 with dementia and broken back and broken hip. He still knows when he can trust someone. He had the best 12 hour ride! He told stories, and laughed. Cory and the Team took great care of him. They treated him with dignity and how they would want their dad treated. They communicated with us often throughout the trip sharing how he was doing. The other services we contacted were quick to tell us what they couldn't do, ACC was quick to tell us all the things they were going to do and they did them all, plus more. They were such a great crew. It was a very nerve racking experience, and this team made it so smooth for my dad (he loved the trip) and we wished they could care for our dad every day! I was lucky to choose ACC Medlink and even luckier to have Cheryl, Chris and Tim as Professionals to be the trip Crew. Cheryl is a great Nurse and she is also a very knowledgeable, and caring person. Chris and Tim are really great Professional Drivers and great Paramedics. They were all so courteous, and always be willing to help or to make a stop whenever I needed a break or needed some foods and drinks. Despite the stress that comes with having my Wife being a Stage 4 Cancer patient, and traveling long distance from New Jersey to MD Anderson in Houston Texas, I can say that I have enjoyed this ride like if it was a vacation trip. My Wife, who is bed bound, had a nice trip, and was cleaned many times to be as comfortable as possible. I really loved that Crew. Whenever you or a family member or a friend is in need of Med Transport, ACC Medlink Transport is the only name to think about. I am hoping you can be as lucky as me to have the same Crew. You can always ask for Cheryl, Chris and Tim to be your Crew. It doesn't hurt to ask, and ACC will do their best to accommodate you.

The whole process was great! Extremely responsive at every step. Explained everything well. Answered questions promptly and courteously. Payment process was smooth. They came on time, even a bit early. People were so kind and friendly during the trip. All went well.

This link won't let me do 5 stars, no matter, they deserve 10 anyway. Showed up on time, even early, and were very professional, a 13 hour trip from Florida to Illinois with 2 patients and a family member. I could not have ever gotten them home alone. If anyone needs long distance medical transport, bedside to bedside, this is the best service available, 2 drivers and an on board nurse, you can't find any better service

DeAngelo and Bernard were excellent. DeAngelo called me prior to his arrival to discuss my father in laws transport to NY and told me he his arrival time. They arrived promptly as he had told me. Once at the rehab in Milton Delaware, DeAngelo went over my father in laws medical history and transport concerns with the staff and obtained all the required paperwork for an interstate transport. While DeAngelo was doing this Bernard ensured all of my father in laws belongings were packed with him in the ambulance and readied it for a comfortable ride as they had a six plus hour trip ahead of them. After a thorough review with Rehab personnel, DeAngelo and Bernard transferred my father in law to the very hi-tech stretcher and got him set up and comfortable for the long ride. During the transport Deangelo kept the family informed of my father in laws condition and needs. He also notified us when they were about an hour out so we could notify family to meet them at the new facility in NY. My father in law stated the crew was fantastic and really appreciated how well they took care of him. When Booking this transport both Ryan and Tyler made the process very easy and stress free. I would highly recommend ACC MEDLINK to anyone requiring long distance medical transport

The travel crew was outstanding! They were professional and courteous and believed they treated my sister as family.
