My family and I sought your services on May 17th, 2025 to transport my wife from a rehab facility in Mobile, AL to a Rehab facility in Houston TX. I didn't meet or talk with the drivers, so this in no way means I don't appreciate them as well. Erik was my contact- it was a very emotional transport of my dad who is recovering from a stroke, and it was a 17-hour drive. Wasn't sure how he would do and was on pins and needles until Erik called and spoke with me about how my dad was doing and how he handled the pickup. After that, I got regular updates from Erik, questions about what my dad would like to watch on TV. They got a baseball game on for him, and I know he was comfortable and content the entire way. I was able to get some sleep, knowing that he was in great hands and I got a chance to meet them when they arrived I would highly highly recommend this company

I appreciate the crew's ability to handle my mom's needs. She is quite elderly. She is in good physical health but has challenges related to dementia. The crew kept her safe. They interacted with her, made her smile & helped to keep her spirits up.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. The overall service is personalized to fit each passengers needs. The medic was also professional and extremely courteous. He was kind, patient and flexible. The trip would not have happened successfully without him. I did not meet the drivers, but I'm sure they were the same.

The thought of transporting my loved one with dementia was daunting. A sixteen hour drive was more than my husband and I were able to take on. The service provided by ACC Medlink was an answer to prayer. From the coordination team to the crew, we experienced kindness, compassion and respect. They made what we thought was "impossible" into a pleasant experience for all of us. The peace of mind in knowing that our loved one was traveling safely was such a blessing!
