My entire experience with ACC Medlink was great from start to finish. Michael, Keith and Jose were very professional and friendly. They took excellent care of my mom during a difficult 1,000 mile transport from Wisconsin to Colorado. Highly recommended!

Mr. Erik Luna was a tremendous help with providing excellent care to my uncle on our transport. He went above and beyond to make sure us both were taken care of and go to out our destination safely.

These three guys were awesome. From the minute they walked into my Dad's room and introduced themselves to us and my dad we knew we were in good hands. They were not only very caring and professional they were fun and made the entire trip easy. They took my mother in the transport also and made her very comfortable and they were very kind to her also. We had a situation at the hospital we came to, trying getting my dad into a room and they were so nice and patient waiting two hours until he got into his room with no complaints. We were complaining, but they weren't. We would definitely use your service again (hopefully we won't need). Thank you very much. These guys are the best!

ACC moved my brother from Glendora, CA to Clearwater FL in just about 40 hours. From the initial quote to the pick-up and drive, everyone at ACC was courteous, professional, and kind. My brother has dementia and is often noncommunicative, but the crew, Susan, Alex and Tyrone, were kind and went out of their way to draw him out and made sure he was comfortable and at ease throughout the trip. My niece was able to ride along and had nothing but praise for the whole crew. Highly recommend them!

Overall it was a great experience in a rather stressful situation. Every time I called to set up the transfer of my sister and husband from Florida to Pennsylvania every person I talked to knew the situation without me needing to explain it over and over. The 3 person crew was right on time and made sure both were comfortable. Susan the nurse did an awesome job keeping both of them calm in an otherwise stressful 20hr ride. The other 2 crew members also added to the comfort of my sister and brother in law. If needed, I wouldn't hesitate to use ACC Medlink again. Thank you.

I put in a request in on the website and received a phonecall from Maria minutes later! She was so professional and kept in contact with me to update me on what she heard from the case manager at the hospital where my mom was. Anyone I called or emailed with questions was so polite and helpful. Communication with this company was superb, which I greatly appreciated. Shava, Andrew and Q were all great guys - easy to talk with and professional. They were quick to jump into action with any request. They warned me it can feel bumpy or like we're being pushed by the wind - also that some of the vehicles are equipped with auto-breaking, so just to be aware of that, but it was such a comfortable ride and the drive went smoothly! I felt safe with them at the wheel the whole time. Q kept my mom dry with brief changes when need be. They arrived on time for pick-up and didn't complain when the hospital took a bit to get things in place for us to head out. They got my mom situated in her new place and overall, it was just an stress-free, relaxing journey of 500 miles. Thank you, all! I wouldn't hesitate a second to use your services again in the future.

Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 score was because our pick up time was delayed. Other than that everything was great!
