We hired them to transport my family member from south carolina to NJ. The service and care that was provided was suburb and I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the ride itself was an overnight and was told it would be 14 hours. It actually took only 12 hours (not sure if they were speeding or no traffic) so they arrived in morning. According to family member it was the worse ride he every had because he was situated at the very back of this beautiful van that had no suspension He felt every bump, being jostled around and had road noise the whole trip. Didn't get much sleep. The crew even said that they have spoken to company about it. The crew was great and Q kept me updated during the trip. When they arrived they brought him to his room. And made sure he was comfortable. Really nice guys.

We were in a pickle trying to figure out how to get my grandma home after visiting family and having severe back pains and being in the hospital. We had no idea a service like this was available. From the original call with Nikki and her explaining the entire process to Tyler scheduling everything and even going the extra step to call the day before to make sure we had no further questions. On the day of pickup the crew was amazing. The medic was DaKwon and drivers were Marquette and Kacey. These three men were fabulous from the get go. They were so kind with my grandma and treated her like their own. The entire journey they were very professional and helpful. They made stops when needed in safe areas and gave us privacy when needed. The entire bus is private. There are extra blinds if needed however the windows are tinted so no one from the outside can see in. When we arrived to our destination again the three guys were super professional and careful with everything. We couldn't have asked for a better crew and company! My grandma was very happy with the transport and didn't feel uncomfortable at all.

ACC Medlink from my initial phone call to the final transport and follow up call, was the most compassionate and qualified organization to transport my loved one safely. Maria went above and beyond to pull together a team for a last minute 4th of July transport. Ryan on the dispatch team did everything to implement a solution and the 'A-Team' - Kevin, Chris and Russ could not have been more ready and able to assist. We were blessed to have my mother in their very capable care.

Made so ordeal almost enjoyable!

Fabulous transport. Much better than I even hoped, they recommended overnight transport in patient with dementia and it worked out perfectly. She slept almost the entire way.

Highly recommend this company very compassionate, not knowing exactly where we would be transporting him back from Lake Placid, Florida. Was talking with them for about 1 1/2 weeks.
