The level of care and careful detail to medical needs simply was amazing. My wife arrived in good spirits and was in good condition considering the circumstances. All dismissal details from the hospital were closely followed and clearly communicated by the medical professional that accompanied my wife. Two drivers were necessary to make sure that the trip was a safe one. If I could give six stars, I would.

After decades of living in Colorado, my mother-in-law decided it was time for her to return to the place that had meant the most to her, Iowa, where she raised her family. However, it meant transporting her at a time when she was hospitalized recovering from various medical issues. Medlink's responsiveness, and the courtesy of those with whom I spoke was the primary reason that we chose Medlink. We arranged for Medlink to pick up at a specific time and they were promptly there exactly when scheduled. We were all very impressed with James and Bobby and right away knew that Carol was in good hands. They were both exceptionally courteous and professional, and we knew then that we had made the right decision. In spite of a wintry forecast, James exhibited absolutely no apprehension in getting Carol to Iowa safely and on time. After spending my own career in logistics and transportation, this was a project far more important than any I had ever been involved with. I would highly recommend Medlink for their caring and efficiency.
