Our entire experience with the ACC staff was amazing! Coordination between Facilities was seamless; as was pick up and drop off of my parents. My folks were impressed with the care they received during their 10 hour journey and the attentiveness of crew to their needs. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this service to anyone needing to move a family member long distance

The crew was very professional. They communicated very well. They were quick to react when my cousin (patient being transported) began to become frustrated and agitated and treated her well. 10/10 would recommend this crew for everyone out there that needs medical transport. I believe erik's prior service also played a major role in the success of this transport. The manner he addressed my cousin's agitation shows that his military played a part in how to calm her down.

I am the patient's sister who arranged the transport, and both the drivers and the med tech Mike were great at making us feel secure that they were providing my brother the best of service.

Bobby, Saed and Nelle did a great job. They showed care and compassion when moving my mother to and from the van. I feel that they did their best to ensure that we were comfortable during our long ride from Virginia to Georgia. I would hire them again.
