My husband, who has a disability, and I traveled via a medical transport van from New Mexico to Florida. The journey was smooth and well-organized, with the crew displaying a friendly and welcoming attitude that immediately put my concerns at ease. We had ample stops at clean and safe truck stops, which provided both convenience and peace of mind. The food during the trip was a nice surprise , and the medical professional on board was attentive and supportive throughout. Overall, the experience was efficient and pleasant, making the time pass quickly.

The crew was very courteous and professional. My mother required a lot of nursing care and we had her cat and significant other transport with her. It was cramped but they were very accommodating and very supportive through the transport from Utah to Ohio. They deserve a medal for sure. Our families are very grateful for them and ACC Medlink for making this transition as easy as possible!

Very friendly and helped get us from NJ to FL safely and gave us comfort knowing that if needed there was a medical professional on board.

The crew was courteous and professional. I had a lot of needs. Mom needed a lot of nursing care, her significant other and cat rode with making it a very long ride. They did it without any issues or complaints. Thank all of them. Especially Dwight the Medic. My moms condition required a lot of care and he was calm and cool the whole time. David was our care giver and he was super kind, thoughtful, and attentive to my mom. He went the extra mile helping us get a prescription that we needed and just did everything he could think of to make a difficult trip easier for all of us but especially for her. Laverne and Kenny were super sweet and safe drivers. We were not uneasy or apprehensive about their skill at the wheel. Anthony was summoned to help us along our journey and came in with his transport vehicle like the Lone Ranger. He saved the day in getting us to our destination. The whole experience was executed flawlessly even in the face of unforeseen issues. Thank you all for helping get my mom home to Texas. I hope you are all resting today. I had a great experience being transported by ACC Medlink and the crew that drove my mom and I back to Florida. As a woman I was a bit nervous to be traveling with strangers but they made me feel safe throughout the trip. Helped me step in and out of the van, very courteous. Mr Banks the medic was great with my mother. I could tell he has had experience caring for his patients during long distance travel. I hope to get the same crew next year. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience working with ACC Medlink. From my initial email to my final goodbye when we dropped my father-in-law off. I was very skeptical about this type of service and I never heard of ACC. I read a couple of reviews and they seem to be good. Well they surpassed my expectations by a long shot and I can be a tough critic. It was comforting to see a company that not only does what they say they will do, but goes above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone. Wonderful Service!!!!
