Good job on a long trip

I cant remember the driving crew names but they and the nurse Stacy made sure this trip was a success. Anytime we needed to stop for food or breaks, Stacy and I would take turns making sure the patient was never alone. The drivers/crew were so kind to the patient moving from the bed to the stretcher and from the stretcher into the new residence. Getting him into the new residence was tricky but they made sure he was as comfortable as possible. We had a situation where the patient was feeling almost every bump in the road due to pressure wounds. She helped me make the patient more comfortable for the duration. It was a long journey but with the team, it was the only way to transport the patient safely at that distance. I gave everyone a huge hug when we got there. There were happy tears! Thank you all so much. I have been recommending this company to everyone I know that needs non-emergency medical transport.

Transported my sister from Buffalo, NY to northern Michigan. I was able to ride along. Very smooth ride and the crew was very accommodating. It was a long 9 hour drive but my sister was comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend ACC to anyone looking for this type of service.

Julie is an angel sent from heaven. My son was relaxed even with the terrible pain he was in. When you're a mother it's natural that nobody can take care of your child better than you. I can honesty say that I was 110% comfortable with Julie looking after my son on the 1000 mile trip. She took care of him just like a mother would . Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy during an extremely stressful event. While traveling out of state with my mother she fell critically ill. Once stabilized we had to obtain transportation from New Orleans to Pennsylvania. All of the representatives were very helpful and empathetic. Despite a potential scheduling obstacle the team was able to transport the following day which allowed for a family member to travel with her. Nurse Hilda reached out prior to travel to inquire about health concerns as well as preferences. They made a difficult situation comfortable and ensured a safe transition. Thank you.
