Julie the RN was great, and I enjoyed the drivers very much as well

I was reluctant about using a transport service at first, but ACC Medlink really put my mind at ease. They were easy to get in contact with, answered the phone every time I called. They explained everything very well, so I knew what I was getting myself into. The transport crew was professional, timely, and courteous. I really enjoyed working with them and will recommend to others.

Please extend my gratitude to Sandra, Ty, and Eric for their diligence, care, and assistance in their extraordinary effort to deliver the patient to his destination under extremely difficult circumstances given the patients state of mind. My sister and I cannot find the words to express our appreciation to all those involved... Thank you

Thanks med link for making this long journey to Atlanta such a smooth ride.The driver kept his eyes on the road and the medical staff was very professional also with husband and handling his meds.They both needs a good raise ?Thanks again and I will recommend you to everyone..

The team was is in constant contact with us. It took time to coordinate the transportation with medical facilities and the team was able to deal directly with hospital and set the time and conditions. They showed up exactly at the time arranged and explained everything to us. They really cared about us and wanted to make sure we felt at ease. It is costly but it was worth well worth the cost. Unfortunately we used another company prior for a shorter transport at a lower cost but it did not go well. ACC Medlink was outstanding.

We are thrilled and grateful for the high level of professionalism and the sincere, kind and caring assistance provided by Eric and John. We have been involved in elder care options and challenges for a long time, as my mom is 105, and I don't think we've ever worked with a more wonderful team. Thank you so much. I cannot express enough gratitude to the ACC Medical transport team that recently moved my Dad from Mansfield, TX to Goodyear, AZ due to his health condition and permanent relocation. From the moment we booked the trip to the final drop-off at my Dad's new assisted living facility, the entire team was outstanding. Despite the long distance and less-than-ideal weather conditions, the team ensured a safe, comfortable, and extremely professional experience. The drivers and the nurse took every opportunity to make sure we felt secure and at ease at all times. Their dedication and compassion were truly remarkable. The transport for my dad, who has dementia, was handled very well. The crew was great. Especially Nurse Julie who communicated well with Dad but also kept me in the loop as to how he was doing. They made the 13 hour trip over night and that worked out very well. I would highly recommend!
