ACC Medlink was fabulous start to finish. We needed to transport my elderly mother from a hospital Memphis TN to NC. My 83 year old dad initiated the process and they were very patient with him. Ultimately I worked with them to finalize all the details. Getting mom discharged and here was not straightforward and they were flexible and professional. They were upfront with pricing, how the process worked, and stayed in touch constantly. 100% recommend!

The team was on time and courteous, prepared the van perfectly and transported my mom safely. Despite her significant anxiety and pain, she was comfortable at all times thanks to the crew. We stopped briefly for lunch and that was a nice treat and all coordinated transfers were handled seamlessly. I am thankful for this crew and the company for helping us navigate a difficult time.

I didn't get the three gentleman's names. They did a great job with my in-laws. They had some unexpected bumps in the road with my mother-in-law needing more help than they expected. One of the gentlemen was very sweet and they were all helpful when they arrived.

ACC is an amazing company! Every person, from the very first telephone contact to the last person when they dropped my aunt off, were the kindest and most professional. I made a dozen calls to ACC with questions, and they answered every one with courtesy and thoroughness. I have to mention how thorough they were, they took care of everything! And Their price was much better than another place I called before I called them. I highly recommend them, you wont regret it!
