Our experience was excellent from the first moment that we entered a web inquiry through the decision-making process to the pickup, communication during transport and to the drop off. We just didn't have to worry because the professionalism and care was clear from the first to last minute.

Tricia; John and Kay were all very friendly and kind. They were always right there to assist me every time I was in and out of the van. Even though there were plenty of people they were all still ready to help me; catch me or whatever was needed. Tricia went over and above when it came to my bathroom needs. I would definitely recommend this crew to any considering this transportation.

When bad things happen in this world it is such a comfort that there are companies like ACC MEDLINK there to help. I am still thinking I am in a dream on how well this went. I want to thank all of you from the setting up of the van to the drivers and medical folks. Staff was amazing. The whole crew did GREAT!! Courteous, professional, and friendly

I'm from California and went to check on my parents in Nevada, both in their 80's. My mom was sick and had been bedridden. Mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and my 3 night stay turned into a 3 week ordeal of trying to get my parents back to my home to care for them. ACC Medlink was one of the first options on Google and their reviews were all good!. I called them to get a quote. ... it is expensive to use this type of transport and I did consider making a bed in my SUV, renting a RV and even discussed putting my mom in a care facility or finding home caregivers. Ultimately I went with this company and it was the most wonderful experience for my mom. They were professional, prompt and the nurse assigned to sit with my mom was amazing. Truly caring. She kept my mom comfortable, offered meals and snacks plus she texted updates to me along the way. The drivers were also kind and courteous. Bottom line, it is expensive to use this type of transport. But, it cost less to do this than they would have spent on private homecare at $4000+ a month. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!
