Great service and care for my 81 yo father with dementia. Made the 7.5 hour journey without a hitch and kept in touch with me via text during the entire ride.

We didn't know how we were going to transport my mother from Miami to VA for our move and then ACC Medlink was recommended to us. We are so happy with the service and efficiency of the transport. What an amazing team!!! RN Hilda was so sweet and very responsive to all my texts every step of the way. Starting from the day before the pick-up she reached out to get any information like food preferences, preferred name prior to the transportation date. During the trip she would send me pictures and status updates I.e trip arrival, traffic, how he slept etc. Absolutely love that they had a 2 person driving crew. Ensuring your love one will arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you Rich G. and Keith S. for delivering my most precious person to me. ACC Medlink is the best!!

Our experience was excellent from the first moment that we entered a web inquiry through the decision-making process to the pickup, communication during transport and to the drop off. We just didn't have to worry because the professionalism and care was clear from the first to last minute.

Tricia; John and Kay were all very friendly and kind. They were always right there to assist me every time I was in and out of the van. Even though there were plenty of people they were all still ready to help me; catch me or whatever was needed. Tricia went over and above when it came to my bathroom needs. I would definitely recommend this crew to any considering this transportation.

Like all that they did. The medic was very helpful kept up with his progress.
