The process of organizing the transport was great. The people at ACC were very responsive to all my queries and worries. They even made sure to have a Spanish speaker on board for my mom. The crew that moved my mom was incredible. Extremely professional and helpful and kind. There just aren't enough words to praise the crew of Darryl, Raul, and Julie RN enough!

Your company is a Godsend for families like mine whose relative cannot fly or ride in a car. We now have him in Texas where we can care for him.

I was extremely impressed with the care my brother received during his 15 hour transport from California to Idaho. Nurse Julie called me the day before transport to address any questions I had. My brother was traveling alone and I was apprehensive. She was very comforting. She kept me informed during the entire trip with texts and photos of my brother. They scheduled their trip to arrive at their destination at 10AM to accommodate the receiving facility. I couldnt be happier with the service we received.

Sandra, kept in close contact with me the entire trip while transporting my dad. My mother was a passenger and not only caring for my father the entire trip, Sandra and the two drivers made sure that my mom was comfortable and remained in the loop with what was going on with my father.
