I can't say enough outstanding things about the complete service from ACC Medlink. All of the scheduling staff were beyond wonderful. The vehicle crew were extremely polite, professional, caring, helpful, funny and excellent drivers. The 21-hour ride from Florida to Delaware with my 94-year-old mother on a stretcher went so well. They even stopped at my mother's favorite restaurant for our dinner! The vehicle was super accommodating, and the ride overall was excellent. I hope not to need your service again but if I ever did, I would definitely utilize your services and also highly recommend you to anyone in need of your transportation. The crew put my mind at ease. My mother has terminal cancer. As I told her that I would see her in 2 weeks, my emotions took over. The older man on the crew gave me a big hug and said they would get her there safely. Which they did. My mom also called me the next day and said how well and attentive they were. I can't thank you enough.

I was not there on transport day. My Mother was the kind who rode along with my Grandmother for the transport from Philadelphia to Virginia. She said that both the driver and Medical assistant were professional, friendly and courteous. The ride was comfortable and exceeded her expectations. ACC Medlink provides a fantastic service. Dinner and breakfast were great. I felt my husband was well cared for. Michael handled the situation of not having a facility to bring him to very well by having an ambulance meet us and take us to the hospital.
