I would have written a review for the crew members by name if I had had all of their names! The crew was fantastic! The whole process was so much easier than I had anticipated. The whole situation we were in made me very nervous and apprehensive about what we had to do to get my uncle to St. Louis, and this company worked so well with the parties involved that really, I didn't have to do anything other than contact them and give the contact information of where he was going and from where he was leaving. The crew was so polite and very informative given our particular situation. I was just amazed.

We were in an unknown situation, trying to get our very ill family member from Memphis, Tennessee to Victoria, Texas. We did not know who to turn to, so we started researching on the internet. ACC Medlink was our second call, and you answered the phone! Sigh of relief! The start of this journey to the coordinating of all parties involved. Tyler, Melissa, and Helen were amazing courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Drivers were there on time at the hospital ready to transport our loved one. The staff names if my memory serves me correctly, Fern, Vincent, and K, but anyhow they were wonderful also. It was a 10 plus hour drive. Thank you so much we will never forget this experience. Scary unknown to manageable and putting our hearts and our minds at ease.

Perfect transfer. On time, caring and professional.

I use Med link before. At that time I traveled with a crew to move my mother from Missouri to Ohio. This time I used Med link to move my sister from Missouri to Ohio. I could not make the trip this time, and my sister suffers from extreme anxiety and can be a behavior problem, I was very nervous about the TRANSPORT. When Regina picked her up. I got a call at 10:20 at night, due to Regina's reassurance. I was able to sleep through the night. I never met the crew in person, but the nursing home in Ohio was very complementary as well. Over a year ago, my sister retired and was planning to move from New York to Georgia with my mom who lives with her. As it happened, before that could take place, my mom suffered a major stroke and lost the use of her right side. To top it off, a few months later, she also suffered a major heart attack and was in the ICU for a while. My mom was released from the hospital under hospice care but my mom, a fighter, would not give up and got stronger each day. My sister, who couldn't put off her move indefinitely, decided that it was time to do so. After she told me of her plans, I decided to explore options for mom to be transported; since flying was not possible because she is wheelchair/bed bound and she cannot sit up for long periods of time. In my search, I came across ACC Medlink and upon seeing what they offer, I spoke with a representative and felt that their services were perfect for my mom's needs; and also my peace of mind in knowing that the long road trip would not be too tough on my mom. I am happy to say, the trip was successful. My sister, who accompanied my mom, was not stressed and mom was kept comfortable throughout the duration of the trip. I am thankful that this type of service is available and would recommend ACC Medlink for any non-emergency transport for your loved one.

I had a bad fall while I was out of state on vacation by myself. Due to the fall, I could not fly home, so had to find a medical interstate transport service to get me back home. Just being on my own with a serious fall was scary enough. But ACC Medlink was wonderful start to finish.From the initial contact with them on the phone about their services, to them getting me to my home on a 12 hour transport. Everyone was courteous, thoughtful and generally seemed to care about my well being. I cant praise them enough. So if you need a patient transport service, or in my case for a fall that restricted me from flying, this is your firm.
