From customer service to crew members to transport...all were done with excellence and great care for my mother as they transported her from Alabama to Colorado. Communication with the crew prior to pick up and during transport was awesome. Once they arrived, they took care of getting her settled in her room and even carried all her luggage in. Very impressed with this company.The Medic Eric and the 2 drivers (sorry, can't remember their names) were so kind and reassuring when they transported my elderly mom and me from NC to FL. I considered other travel options, but since my mom has dementia, this was the only transportation that made sense. We traveled through the night and my mom slept the whole way! I highly recommend.

We hired them to transport my family member from south carolina to NJ. The service and care that was provided was suburb and I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that the ride itself was an overnight and was told it would be 14 hours. It actually took only 12 hours (not sure if they were speeding or no traffic) so they arrived in morning. According to family member it was the worse ride he every had because he was situated at the very back of this beautiful van that had no suspension He felt every bump, being jostled around and had road noise the whole trip. Didn't get much sleep. The crew even said that they have spoken to company about it. The crew was great and Q kept me updated during the trip. When they arrived they brought him to his room. And made sure he was comfortable. Really nice guys.
