This entire group made a VERY difficult situation have a happier solution.. My nephew is now back in NEW JERSEY,where family & friends can now look over him!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU ..Transport coordinators were very patient & helpfull.Also entire transport crew( due to stroke nephew not remembering names) .But I S/W DAKWON.. who was fantastic. They made my nephew feel very safe & comfortable!! THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH.

Excellent Service

I wish more people knew about your service. I has no clue that this was possible until my sister in law's daughter told me. I was in a car wreck and unable to walk or get into a car. So there was no way I could travel from Virginia to Maine. Thank you so much. I hope you will be sending me paperwork so I can turn it into my insurance company.

The crew did a great job in caring for my Mother during the trip. They were extremely friendly and professional. I would definitely go with ACC Medlink should the need arise.

Both crew members were awesome! My aunt had an enjoyable trip and experience. They were both professional, caring and awesome! The medic wanted to know my aunt's current medical situation and medications so that he was prepared. Also, every customer service person I spoke with over the phone was also awesome. They answered all of my questions and provided clear and concise information, and they responded promptly. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone in need of non-emergency medical transport.

Everything was exceptional. There was a delayed in take off, but for good reasons. The only problem l had was the answsering service at night could not connect me with the crew or give an answer to where the Crew was. The Crew was very professional. The ride was comfortable. Our meals were paid for. I wish many knew this kind of service existed. I had to share with the hospital case workers the wonderful service that is available across USA and beyond. Thank you.

For traveling in the hottest days of summer for 2 days straight, I was still pleased with Mom's trip. They were good with Mom and very nice to her companion, they went out of their way considering being delayed behind accidents. Top notch, thanks for getting Mom home safely.
