The crew was outstanding from the time they picked my daughter up at the hospital in Florida, and for the entire 19 hour drive to my house in Illinois. Nurse Julie communicated with me the entire trip, during daylight hours, to assure me my daughter was doing fine. That was a great comfort, as I could not travel with her. I needed to arrive home ahead of her to get everything set up for her arrival. They were on time, courteous and took excellent care of my daughter. You can't ask for anything more than that.

The staff were wonderful, kind and courteous. The transport was comfortable and prompt. Wish our case manager at the hospital had known about this option - so glad I googled and found. ACC is now on her call list. Highly recommend!

This crew of 3 were OUTSTANDING and worked so well together as a compassionate and caring team!

These wonderful people brought my brother, who has dementia and has limited communication ability and uses a wheelchair, from Florida to New Jersey. He arrived safe and happy. I will always be grateful to them for taking such good care of him. I would never have been able to transport him without them. He is now in a Veterans Home 15 minutes from my home. Latisha even made sure his bed was sanitized before they transferred him. My brother has quite a bit of leg pain. They transferred him from stretcher to bed so fast it was painless. Thanks to these folks my brother can now spend his final time with family. I consider what they did a great blessing!!

I'm not mentioning any one person because the whole crew was awesome. They got my sister in law to her nephews house without issue. She said they were great to her and she had a good trip.

I don't know these angels' names; but from start to finish, everything went smoothly! They communicated with the assisted living facility my father was going to before the transport. They made sure my 90 year old dad locked up his house and got his keys. My dad was very comfortable. He slept most of the way. (from NC to MD) Plus, they gave him something to eat. I was given periodic updates, which lowered my anxiety! He arrived at the facility safe and sound! I would recommend ACC Medlink for your transport needs! :)

Your service transferred my elderly mother from Roanoke Virginia to Bradenton Florida. The coordinators were on top of everything including contacting the facilities in both locations. My mom who originally was reluctant to make the trip arrived in Florida laughing and joking with the crew.
