Thanks to ACC Med Link for your help in coordinating transport for my mother from Missouri to Wisconsin. I am her daughter and also rode along as a passenger. The phone coordinators were always very helpful and quick with answers, including Evelyn, Maria and Curtis. Our driver crew and nurse DeAngelo were very helpful, courteous and prompt. Our only wish is that the van was a little warmer. The temperatures were unexpectedly cold on the overnight trip, dipping down to 10 degrees and the van heating didn't seem able to keep up. Overall it was a very good experience and we're happy for the service provided getting mom back home!

Very grateful for this service! When thinking about moving my mom from Houston to Oklahoma I was very stressed about how to get her there safely and with least amount of discomfort for her. I was so happy to have found you. It was a great undertaking to find safe transportation for my mother to move from Michigan to North Carolina. With her being immobile, there was no possibility of her flying or even being wheelchair capable. I was at a loss for solutions and searching frantically when I found ACC Medlink online late one night. I read many, many reviews and the responses really made me feel like I had found the solution after so long. We were short for time of her desired move date and I did all that I could to arrange private transportation, but ACC Medlink had everything she needed to travel safely.
