My Mom is Diane Green and she was transported from Winterhaven, Florida to Oxford Michigan. Both drivers and the medical staff were professional and courteous. My Mom enjoyed her trip up and we would highly recommend your company based on her experience.

Unfortunately had to leave my husband in Hilton Head Island with no thanks to Hilton Head Hospital. ACC Crew very kind and kept me in the loop through my husbands journey back to Ohio. Made sure he was very comfortable throughout the 12 hour journey.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the arrival of our Dad. The Nurse updated us during the transport and made sure he was comfortable for the long 19 hour ride. His wife commented how they treated her and my dad like family during the transport . Talking with the crew I could tell they were well trained and very competent. I would not hesitate to use ACC Medlink again if needed.

We were very pleased with ACC Medlink from the first contact to the last good-bye. Our loved one who was being transported presented some challenges along the way, and they remained professional and courteous, and even stopped to get some OTC medicine that would help the situation. Even though this put them behind schedule, when they arrived at the destination, they took their time and made sure she was gently transferred to her bed and comfortable. Should the need arise, we would definitely use ACC Medlink again.

Linda, Mike & Joe were absolutely terrific and were very gentle with my father. Linda, who was the nurse took amazing care of him during the trip. She was extremely soft with him to make sure he was comfortable the entire trip. All 3 of them of them seemed to care deeply about their job and what they do for families I would recommend anybody needing this type of service to get this crew of people.

Very accommodating From the time I made transaction with this company. Lindsey the customer service, to Nurse Linda who always give update during the travel, and Yhou and William. We had a little inconvenience when we arrived to the airport where my mom to be dropped off but these people were all very patient understandable they did not left us until my mom is safely onboard. I am very thankful to them.

From the time we chose MedLink they were compassionate and efficient sharing information on their services which supported our needs. The team arrived on time and worked well together as we left the hospital room and loaded into the van. Comfort for my daughter who has a C1injury was paramount. Lisa oriented us re the vehicle and how the trip from MO to WI would proceed. Lisa paid close attention to my daughter's medical needs, her physical and emotional comfort. The team also made me comfortable in the van. Drivers were safe which added to my comfort. Lisa and I shared mutual interests while riding through the countryside. The trip took 8 hours and 19 min. A very efficient time. The team unloaded us and the guys had to carry my daughter up 6 Stairs to enter the home. Once my daughter was safely settled in her recliner, our belongings were unloaded . Then we had to say goodbye to friends who gave us great care .

Medlink and the crew took great care of my mother with great patience and humor. Moving her from state to state seemed impossible given my mother's medical needs and Medlink made it possible and less stressful. Mom is closeby now and her last days can be calmer.
