My my my!!! Words cannot express the gratitude and thanks to this company. They arrived 15 minutes earlier and where courteous, polite and attentive. The transit itself was well equipped and spacious. The nurse Leslie we wish you the best in all endeavors and David thank you for your magnificent driving skills. We arrived to our destination on time and were helped with getting our family member settled. Thank you for this company and the staff both at the call center and on the transport.

My experience with ACC Medlink was great. The staff is professional, friendly and very responsive. The whole process was smooth and well coordinated. The price was also quite a bit lower than another quote I got.

Rochelle was phenomenal. She was patient, kind and funny. She worked to make sure may dad was comfortable and knew she was his advocate. She even bought him an electric blanket to ensure he'd be warm for the trip. I feel she went above and beyond.

ACC Medlink was the perfect way to transport both of my parents (ages 95 and 97) from Illinois to assisted living in Minnesota, an 8-hour trip they were unable to make in a car. Eric made sure they had their favorite snacks and entertainment on board and was well attuned to their medical needs. He kept us apprised of how they were doing and their arrival time. Everything went exactly as planned and my parents were comfortable and safe. Thank you.
