My family and I are so very blessed to have selected a caring medical transportation to bring my niece from Florida to New Jersey. The staff kept me update and they were just so very courteous and nice. Special thanks to Julie, the nurse who texted me from time to time to let me know if my niece was tolerating the trip. They actual was singing with Kimberly to keep her occupied. We are so glad to have such caring people. Even the switchboard operators were very nice. ACC has restored my faith that good customer service is very much alive in the U.S.! You just have to connect with the right company/people. Again, thank you so very much!

I would like to say this crew was outstanding. My wife was very nervous about traveling. These guys came in talked to her calmed her down then brought her out to the vehicle showed her the equipment and walked her through everything. Chris the medic stayed with us at all the stops to help assure all went well.

I did the set up and my brother was at the start of the transport with our mom. He had good things to say about the crew. The one person I met at the end was was professional. I was pleased with the set up and follow through pre transport. The company contacted the leaving and receiving facilities to ensure coordination. That was helpful for my coordination.
