We needed to get mom home after she has been in the hospital. She had been visiting us in Florida and wanted to come home to Indiana. We were grateful for the care that she received on her transport home!! Highly recommended!!

The entire crew worked like a well oiled machine. The nurse, Raji stayed in constant contact with us providing updates, locations and the patients condition. Upon their arrival at the final destination Raji was all business. She made sure the medical staff were dialed in and had all the necessary paperwork and updates. The events that created our need for a medical transport were difficult at best. ACC Medlink turned out to be the smartest decision we made for this cross country trip. I highly recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs the services of a medical transport. We can't say enough good things about ACC Medlink beginning with our initial phone calls for information, the follow up calls and the final contract for services! Every single person we dealt with helped convince us we were selecting the best company possible. Thank You

Unfortunately I did not get the crew members names as I drove separately. My experience overall was amazing from the caring and easy scheduling and f/u contact. I don't know what I would have done without this service my husband would have been stuck in Buffalo. The crew was professional and caring and got my husband back to our local hospital in NJ safe and sound without complications. Thank you for your service and dedication. You provide amazing service!

What a excellent experience for my Mom. I was so pleased to see her happy after a 8 hr transport. The crew was so amazing and professional. This experience was so easy for me personally and for that I want to say Thank you! You are the best.

During the most terrifying time and the risk of losing my dad- ACC was readily available to transport bith of us over 1200 miles to get us back to NH from FL.

My family and I were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff and crew as well as the personal touch given to my mother at the time in her life when she needed the extra attention.

I would like to acknowledge ACC MEDLINK's Administration staff. My family responsibility with cousin's relocation from Phoenix, AZ. to Clarkston. MI was a family challenge due to cousin's health conditions and timing of relocation. ACC Admin. was extremely knowledgeable, professional, understanding and passionate during this process. We started our relocation process with ACC believing Ground Transporation was method of relocation. Due to serious health issues, we changed relocation method to Air Ambulance. ACC worked with our challenges and made relocation happen. You even had to work with a winter weather storm from AZ. to MI. Cousin (Client) indicated pilots and medical staff were extremely patient and passionate, relocation was perfect. Again, our family thanks ACC for your service. Keep up the great service.
