July 4, 2022One of the drivers on our 12 hour June 17 overnight transport was exceptional, Ossie Church. My brother, the patient became very agitated and combative on the long drive. Ossie was able to gain my brother's trust by becoming his friend, talking calmly to him and reasoned with him, allowing my brother a little freedom to make good choices. We almost had to stop the transport midway, diverting to a local ER, because of my brother's agitation. But Ossie was able to calm him down. Not only is Ozzie an excellent driver, but he is so intuitive at patient/family member dynamics. ACC Medlink is very fortunate to have this man on their team.

June 30, 2022This company all the way around is great. Starting from Rhonda at customer service to the crew that took my mom and aunt home. My aunt says it was comfortable and they were great. They stopped for bathroom breaks whenever needed and were patient with my mom. It truly makes a difference when you have good people that care and you could see they did. This is the only service I would ever use for transport they were wonderful. Thank u ACC Medlink!

June 30, 2022My great aunt is over 100 years old and was transported by Chris's crew from Bristol, CT to Danville, VA. The team, from the folks that answered the phone who helped me set it up to the crew who worked directly with my great aunt, were professional and exceptionally helpful and attentive. They provided great quality care during the trip and followed up after to be certain she was doing well. I would recommend this agency to anyone in need of nonemergency transportation anywhere. Absolutely worth every penny!

We found your company to be very professional and patient with my family member who has complex medical issues. You provided excellent care and did exactly what you said you would on time, too. June 26, 2022The overall trip from CA to AZ was wonderful. The crew was outstanding. There were a few detours but was no fault of Medlink. The roads in CA were in desperate need of repair which at certain points made for a bumpy ride. If there should ever be a need for transport in the future we would definitely choose ACC Medlink. A big thank you goes to the team on the drive out as well as the customer service that took my call.
