Transportation for a 103 year old person is traumatic at best. Their arriving ahead of the appointment and the personable conversation and professional service took away any worries. Continued contact with the office staff was very reassuring. Recommend this company without exception. Thank you for transporting my mom.

I was very anxious about transporting my dad from Virginia to North Carolina because he hasn't been able to travel by car for many years. Overall, my trip from a hospital in Naples, Florida to Mass General hospital in Massachusetts was exceptional. The crew treated my father and I like family. Anything we needed was taken care of. As of now, my father is recovering from his stroke at a rehabilitation facility. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

His aide stayed in contact with me throughout the transport and made me and my father feel at ease with the whole situation. I was riding with my very frail mother. They arrived on time and did a great job to safely get her on board and transported. Very friendly staff. An outlet for my phone charger was available, very helpful for a long trip. Also, got to the location with no wrong turns! Very reassuring to be able to ride with her.
