What a great crew from booking the medical van to the drivers. Thanks to everyone !!!! Everyone was so helpful and concerned helping transport us to Georgia and my husband being admitted to rehab facility in Atlanta. Thank you all!!!

ACCMedlink did a fabulous job coordinating the move between two facilities for our mother with no issues. Nurse Julie, Drivers Kelon and Damon were excellent in their demeanor with our mother, their professionalism, their treatment of mom, and keeping us informed all along the way! Mom was happy and we are ecstatic with the ease and comfort of the move! Congrats to the ACCMedlink team!

I had never had to do a medical transfer. I did research on four different companies and chose ACC/Medlink. If you're looking you can stop now. They recued my brother. They were caring and compassionate and made the transfer as smooth as possible. I'm very grateful!!

From start to finish the acc Medlink was thorough, followed up, arrived on time and confirmed several times. Treated my family very well and were caring.

Acc Medlink transported my son from West Virginia all the way home to California. Of course being such a long trip made me anxious, but the coordinators were so friendly and so on top of everything. They even contacted the care home my son was at and coordinated w/ them as well. My son said he really liked the people in the van. The nurse called as soon as they started the two day trip to introduce herself and allow me to speak with my son. That meant so much and set my mind at ease. They even helped my son set up his personal wifi hotspot so he could stay in touch. My son arrived clean w/ fresh clothing, and unbelievably at the estimated time the coordinators had given two days before. ACC Medlink is a Is a top notch service, I doubt there could be a better one. The cross country trip was flawless. They really "saved the day" for my family.

Jan, our nurse was wonderful! Attentive and kind and efficient! The stops were well spaced and arrived right on time! My only complaint was the shocks in the van, I felt every bump in the road...and it may have been the roads! This a truly wonderful service you provide for families when an injury occurs out of state. In our case, Georgia to Florida. Thank you all!

Exceptional service and professionalism

The crew was courteous and thoughtful. I did not meet them, my daughter who rode with her grandmother did and she was very happy with the entire experience.
