Overall the transport was great. My suggestion is when you have a female elderly pt you should have a female Rn on board to have to change them if the pt is incontinent. I feel this would put them more at ease.

We had an amazing experience with ACC Medlink from start to finish! We worked with Brittany, Nicky & MarieAnn in customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly each step of the way. The transport staff, Joel, Krista and Jonathan keep us updated through out the entire transport. The whole experience using ACC Medlink was top notch. Up front the service was explained clearly. There was a good stream of communication. Medlink coordinated with the pickup and delivery locations directly and communicated with me so I always had a good sense of what was going on. At the drop off all 3 of the team members were engaged and active and personable. It was very important to me to get a sense of who they were as people and I got a good vibe from the way they were all working to make my 95 year old mother's transition a comfortable one. Overall I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing long distance elderly or medical related transportation.

Great experience

Moving my friend home to be with his family was a very stressful task. The transportation from Mesquite, TX to Monroe, LA was made less stressful by the professional and courteous service provided by the ACC Medlink staff. My friend has always been grand and his transfer to home was done in style. We were very satisfied with the care that he received during his travel home.
