I did the set up and my brother was at the start of the transport with our mom. He had good things to say about the crew. The one person I met at the end was was professional. I was pleased with the set up and follow through pre transport. The company contacted the leaving and receiving facilities to ensure coordination. That was helpful for my coordination.

Chris is the ultimate professional. I was a little concerned, before the trip, about my brother Larry having to take the trip alone. However, Chris reassured me he was in good hands and kept me updated throughout the trip. I appreciate the care and empathy you have for the patients. I follow this transport vehicle, the entire nine hour trip. I saw not one reason for concerned about their driving. Each stop, they gave me an update on help. My mother, who has dementia, was doing. Banks made sure to lift the blinds in the back of the van so that my mother could see that I was still following. I can't say enough about how fun they made this trip for both of us. Highly recommend them, and your company. Thank you for making what was a scary and intimidating thing a fun memory instead.

Trying to move my mother across the country was a very stressful endeavor. After getting quotes from multiple transport providers, I chose ACC. When disaster struck and the facility could not accept my mom at the time she was scheduled to arrive, the kind staff at ACC was very sympathetic and understanding.
