April 25, 2022Hello. The service from beginning to end was outstanding. Unfortunately our trip was a lengthy one, and it was hard for my parents to lay on stretcher beds for 30 hours. If the van were slightly larger it would be great to have a couple of regular chairs so they could sit up. Also a tiny toilet area would be super helpful. I understand this would call for a larger vehicle but it would make a huge difference in long distance transport comfort and time of trip. The staff were great - incredibly kind and helpful and we so appreciate that. What you do is so very important and you do it very well. Our family is sincerely thankful for what you do.

My sister arrived none the worse for wear after a 13-14 hour journey overnight. Thank you for your great service!

April 24, 2022From the time I called, ACC Medlink was on top of things and very courteous. They helped me get a state to state transfer set up within 2 days and coordinated everything on both ends to eliminate that stress for me. They were on time and very professional. Our 10 hour trip turned out to be a bit longer due to traffic but we made the best out of it! The team (John, Melissa, and Caleb) became our friends along the way and it was even hard to say goodbye to them! They truly did anything to make our journey comfortable!!!!!!
