Had an overall great experience with moving my father from Melbourne FL up to NC. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and understanding. My dad has onset dementia, and as anyone who has dealt with this can tell you, the volatility of the patients mood swings can be quite an emotional endeavor. Every step of the way I felt like your team put my fathers needs first, everyone was kind and compassionate. From my first call with Katie setting up the service, through all the delays, waiting on paperwork and signatures for the transfer from state to state, to Davonta Sanders and calling me when he was about to pick my dad up with Asiah, and begin the arduous task of transporting this ol' Green Beret with 30 yrs service to his country in the middle of the night to his new residence, everyone was caring, patient, purposeful, and understanding. The crew was very professional, empathetic, and friendly to my sister and her family throughout the entire transportation process. As a patient with limited mobility, multiple illnesses, aches, and pains she had no negative comments and said the trip went pretty good. They made excellent time traveling and arrived when expected. These three guys saved my dad's life!! They were so professional, caring, and careful the entire 16 hours!! My family is so grateful for them and the fact that he is back at home with his friends and family that we cannot begin to thank them enough! All of them exceeded our expectations of how much they cared the entire way home. This was an awesome experience!!!

The only thing my brother asked for was to go home to Minnesota. This team was excellent. Dispatcher Maria was quick to respond and get me a transport. It was a 21 hour trip. Roberta was compassionate and kept up conversations. Highly recommend.
