I put in a request in on the website and received a phonecall from Maria minutes later! She was so professional and kept in contact with me to update me on what she heard from the case manager at the hospital where my mom was. Anyone I called or emailed with questions was so polite and helpful. Communication with this company was superb, which I greatly appreciated. Shava, Andrew and Q were all great guys - easy to talk with and professional. They were quick to jump into action with any request. They warned me it can feel bumpy or like we're being pushed by the wind - also that some of the vehicles are equipped with auto-breaking, so just to be aware of that, but it was such a comfortable ride and the drive went smoothly! I felt safe with them at the wheel the whole time. Q kept my mom dry with brief changes when need be. They arrived on time for pick-up and didn't complain when the hospital took a bit to get things in place for us to head out. They got my mom situated in her new place and overall, it was just an stress-free, relaxing journey of 500 miles. Thank you, all! I wouldn't hesitate a second to use your services again in the future.

Only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 score was because our pick up time was delayed. Other than that everything was great!

I didn't meet or talk with the drivers, so this in no way means I don't appreciate them as well. Erik was my contact- it was a very emotional transport of my dad who is recovering from a stroke, and it was a 17-hour drive. Wasn't sure how he would do and was on pins and needles until Erik called and spoke with me about how my dad was doing and how he handled the pickup. After that, I got regular updates from Erik, questions about what my dad would like to watch on TV. They got a baseball game on for him, and I know he was comfortable and content the entire way. I was able to get some sleep, knowing that he was in great hands and I got a chance to meet them when they arrived I would highly highly recommend this company

I appreciate the crew's ability to handle my mom's needs. She is quite elderly. She is in good physical health but has challenges related to dementia. The crew kept her safe. They interacted with her, made her smile & helped to keep her spirits up.
