Kim was an outstanding nurse to my 99 1/2 year old father. She made it very comfortable for my dad. Kim also answered all our questions. She was very approachable, friendly and easy to talk to along with being a very professional nurse. Brent and Sean did a great job driving the 10 hour trip from Cincinnati, Ohio to central New Jersey. We arrived right on time. We thank all of them! Sincerely, Linda Hook & John Matarese

The experience from start to finish was possibly the best I've ever had. Very courteous and knowledgeable operators, schedulers, drivers, and staff. The experience was smooth, easy, and seamless. I commend the whole team for all their help and kindness - super highly recommended

In a very stressful situation, ACC Medlink took excellent care of my son and my grandson who traveled with them. The team was kind, very accommodating, knowledgeable and empathetic . I cannot say enough about the three professionals who provided transport service for my mother and me from Columbia MD to Boca Raton FL over the last 2 days. They deposited us about an hour ago and I wanted to share my thoughts immediately. 1. Russell was the chief driver and he was so welcoming and friendly from the first time I met him yesterday afternoon. Conversationalist and so unbothered each time I asked for a stop. He was so accepting when I wanted certain places for dining and not others. Never upset about anything I requested. Engaging as we stopped and was an extremely safe driver. Our transport was overnight and I felt safe sleeping as he was driving. Would take a transport with him at the helm anytime! Can't say enough about Russell....A true gentleman and represents ACC extremely well! 2. Melinda was the second driver. She was new which concerned me at first, but she was a very efficient 2nd driver as part of the crew. 3. Nicholas - Extreme, extreme praise for the medic that accompanied us. Nicholas was so, so professional. He's late 20's/early 30's, so wondered initially if he was truly a medic, but he was. He's been in the military as a medic and an EMT, so he knew his stuff. As we drove in the afternoon, he was attentive to turn mom every two hours, made sure she was comfortable, had her meds on time and as the interface between the patient and the drivers, he had ultimate concern about what we wanted to eat and where to stop for dining. I truly appreciated that, it was about what WE wanted, not forcing me to choose a stop that I didn't want. And the highest professionalism compliment is for the toiletry care he provided to my mother. He never hesitated to check and change her when I requested and even with a toiletry accident, Nicholas handled it with extreme care. I said "I could handle it" and he said "no, he had it". Yes, that was his job, but I would not have been surprised if he said "ok, I'll let you do it". But he didn't and that truly told me about his character! ACC definitely made the correct choice with this young man. And finally, my last comment - We are an African American family with service provided by a Caucasian team and while I know that shouldn't matter, it can and does sometimes. This team never blanched when they met me yesterday. They spoke to me and my mother courteously and handled us with the utmost care and professionalism. When the intimate nature of the type of care that is provided in this situation, I feel it is important for families considering ACC Medlink, to know that this team never exhibited biases at all ....THEY WERE WONDDERFUL! Great team, great job

Leslie and the two drivers were very helpful and professional. We were very pleased with the service. The only minor issue (and this can be left out of a public review but for the company's information) was that the time estimate was around 15 hours. Given that the crew doesn't want the patient to leave the van, I knew they wouldn't be spending an hour at any stops. The end result was that they arrived at 5:30 am (original estimate was 8 am) which caught all of us off guard. Other than that, the service and crew were terrific.

Appreciate everyone, and all they do. You guy's have been a God Send!
