A 12 hour drive with a disabled 87 year old lady was made even more difficult by a failure of the air conditioning system. These 3 people not only ensured their passenger was comfortable but demonstrated an incredible breadth of technical knowledge of how to fix the problem but to also invent and successfully employ workarounds. Hats off and heartfelt gratitude to these 3 highly professional/competent individuals!!!

The drivers and especially Leslie the nurse were great and very helpful. We had a 27 hour trip from Iowa to Arizona and at times it felt like riding in a covered wagon over railroad tracks. The nurse said we had one of the newer vans so maybe it could have been worse. It was a very bumpy ride and barely enough room to squeeze through the 2 beds to get out. That being said the workers were great and we had no complaints. One suggestion I would make is to have cup holders on the ledges by the back windows.

The company was very professional, arrived on time and delivered on time. I was able to speak with the person being transported. They did a very good job keeping me posted days before the transfer. The vehicle was very nice. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

I never knew this service was available but when I needed it, what a wonderful service.

Only concern was the bumpy ride. I guess this can't be avoided in a 13 hour trip. Crew was very professional and the coordinating staff really amazingly helpful. Reassuring and followed up immediately.

The entire team was fantastic! Very caring, attentive and helpful. My Mom enjoyed the ride and the conversation. Thank you to an amazing team for taking such good care of our Mom!

One of the drivers on our 12 hour June 17 overnight transport was exceptional, Ossie Church. My brother, the patient became very agitated and combative on the long drive. Ossie was able to gain my brother's trust by becoming his friend, talking calmly to him and reasoned with him, allowing my brother a little freedom to make good choices. We almost had to stop the transport midway, diverting to a local ER, because of my brother's agitation. But Ossie was able to calm him down. Not only is Ozzie an excellent driver, but he is so intuitive at patient/family member dynamics. ACC Medlink is very fortunate to have this man on their team.

This company all the way around is great. Starting from Rhonda at customer service to the crew that took my mom and aunt home. My aunt says it was comfortable and they were great. They stopped for bathroom breaks whenever needed and were patient with my mom. It truly makes a difference when you have good people that care and you could see they did. This is the only service I would ever use for transport they were wonderful. Thank u ACC Medlink!
