The crew was professional and did an excellent job of getting my mother-in-law to her destination! I would've rated this a 5 star but the food that was ordered and picked up along the way wasn't the best for any of us little own my mother-in-law. It would have also been nice to know ahead of time what the crew would pay for along the way (snacks, drinks, etc). I wasn't expecting them to buy these things, but it was a pleasant surprise!

In a stressful situation, ACC Medlink made the process of getting a loved one from one state to another. When the doors on the vehicle closed, I felt confident and at peace. The team was excellent, and I don't think they would have treated a loved one of their own any differently.

I am delighted that we were able to use ACC Medlink to transport my son Michael McGrath from California to South Dakota. I was however disappointed that I had to spend 36 hours either lying down or unsupported sitting on a foam berth. It was extremely uncomfortable. I was expecting a more accommodating situation for the companion to the patient on the gurney. The crew was top notch. The drivers negotiated the rough roads well and Erick the EMT did a great job keeping our spirits up and taking care of all that was necessary. Great crew!

Great overall experience including booking, billing, and transportation. Crew was professional, took good care in transporting my father. Showed up on time and made the entire trip an enjoyable experience.

Very nice company! After paying for the trip, it was a pleasure knowing they would pay for my 3 meals. Unbelievable! Your company needs to do more advertising in the East Texas area. Very rural, but we like to travel too!

Was extremely pleased with ACC Medlink.. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication from office and transport was excellent. At a stressful time, it was a relief to have all details handled efficiently.

I was attempting to get my father from NC to his cancer treatment in Tampa and I was in Alabama. I came across ACC Medlink on a google search and completed the form for an estimated cost. A member of the ACC Medlink team called me and that's where the professionalism started. Everyone we encountered during this stressful and fluid situation was amazing. The operators and operational personnel I was dealing with over the phone were accommodating and helpful. The drivers and medical personnel were kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. The transport was comfortable and clean. We were very happy with our investment in our fathers care and comfortable trip which was approximately 10-11 hours. Great job and I would recommend the ACC Medlink team to anyone who needs them!
