I worked with the staff at ACC Medlink to connect them with my mother-in-law. The team was responsive, professional and very helpful. Their patience and assistance with multiple date changes due to our family member's deteriorating health was very comforting.

All interaction with ACC Medlink has exceeded our very high expectations. Professionalism was readily apparent from the promptly answered emails, returned phone calls, ease of booking and most importantly, the transport crew. We were also very impressed with the ground transportation van and the status updates from Eric. We would unquestionably recommend ACC Medlink.

I cannot say enough about ACC Medlink. You are all angels on earth, making the impossible into something attainable. We were able to get my father in law transported back from Florida to Massachusetts to be in his home surrounded by friends and family thanks to all of you. From the moment I called I was greeted and helped by the most professional representatives. My experience from beginning to end was A+. The driving team was great! My mothers trip, 7.5 hours worth, went smoothly and she said it felt like 2 hours. Great crew and comfortable travel accomodations.

They were not only on time and friendly but were very professional- yet compassionate and saw to our every need. They were a great crew- worked well together.

The vehicle experienced some mechanical issues prior to the pickup time. The actual trip was delayed about six hours, but the staff were always courteous and professional. We appreciate the service that was provided to our family member.

The crew did a wonderful job of communicating along my father's journey home. I felt like I could call as much as I wanted to check in on my Dad and he reported a fun time visiting with the guys. Arrival time was accurate to the minute and they time the arrival to work with the receiving facility, which was appreciated.
