The staff and crew were EXCELLENT in arranging and working with me to get my step son transported up North. My step son is a Vet and has terminal cancer. We had to change the destination by quite a bit of distance and the company kept the original quote and applied the difference in charges as discount for a Vet! Due to Covid my step son was traveling alone. The crew stayed in touch and even gave him a cell phone to use to check in with me at 1:30 am. it was a HUGE relief to get him transported safely, quickly and professionally. Thank you for a job well done and help in getting a terminal vet home to his family.

This was such a pleasant experience. From first contact via phone, all the way to delivery at our door. The crew was so attentive and kind. I would recommend ACC to anyone.

The crew that we worked with to transport my mother from northern Indiana to Texas was without a doubt in my mine BEST IN CLASS. Jan our nurse was attentive to every need my mother had and truly cared about provided her with the best nursing care possible during the trip. Joel and Justin our drivers were great as well. Made us feel at ease the entire trip. Joel and I had some great conversations about sports which made the time go by a bit faster. I was very appreciative of that. Lastly, the office staff was exceptional answering all my questions (and there were many over several weeks leading up to the trip) in full and explaining things in detail. Great group of people. The experience with this trip exceeded my expectations and I 100% recommend ACC Medlink guys to anyone needing to transport someone long distance. Truly a first class operation.

Everyone I talked to or dealt with was wonderful. We had a hiccup as far as coordinations with the movers and needed to change the day of the transport. Since there was a conflict with another transport, they worked to get it all taken care of and were able to change it for us. Before I discovered ACCmedlink, we didn't now how we were going to get my Dad moved. They were a life saver.

The whole ACC Medlink team was great to work with! They provided prompt and professional service to answer all our questions. The transport team took great care of my grandfather and provided us regular updates on his status and their location during the trip.

We were extremely pleased with ACC Medlink and the professionalism shown throughout the entire process. Evelyn and Maria were very knowledgeable and considerate of my concerns and continued to guide me through each step of the transport for my mother. Danny and Steven arrived on time and were well prepared to receive my mom. They made her comfortable and reassured her that she was in good hands. They put her at ease and that helped me tremendously to know that my mom was secure and well cared for during the entire trip. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend others to do so as well!

Lori We were so happy we had Lori to accompany my grandmother on her cross country trip. She was extremely caring to her and was great at communicating with us (the family) throughout the trip giving me updates continuously. Maria Our coordinator for the trip was also amazing. Selecting the perfect transport nurse, answering my questions throughout the process, and communicate if and coordinating with both send and receiving facilitates. Both facilities told me they were very happy With the communication. Everyone at ACC made the transport easy, seamless and with minimal stress on my side.

The entire ACC Medlink team was courteous, professional and respectful from the first call all the way through transport of my mother-in-law. They provided a dignified experience in a very stressful time.
