When you are looking for the best in medical transportation services, call us at ACC Medlink. Our fleet of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans provide the best in comfort and safety for the patient. Up to three other family members can also travel along with the patient, if you like, and you can sleep on comfortable beds each night. We provide an 8” memory foam mattress for the patient, which provides the ultimate comfort. You will have privacy inside, with our one-way tinted windows that allow you to see out, while maintaining your privacy inside the van. We provide a nurse, plus two professional drivers who drive straight through to your destination. We treat our patients as if they were our own family members, at ACC Medlink, and we offer these services and care during the trip:
- Assistance with feeding of meals, snacks, and drinks that are included in the transport price
- Shifting and turning patients
- Personal needs, including cleaning, diaper changes, and maintaining a catheter if necessary
- Assistance with prescribed medications
Medical Transportation Services with Compassionate Care
When a patient has a request, we do whatever we can to provide what the patient wants. Our medical staff has worked with many different patients who have had a wide range of medical conditions, including dementia, or who were stroke victims. We also transport children, if you have a child that needs non emergency medical transport services. Because we are not licensed for emergencies, we are not able to provide emergency service. Although we prefer to have at least 24 hours’ notice for our long distance medical transport services, we are sometimes able to accommodate your travel plans with less notice.
