I started my vacation with a fall in the Denver Airport. Unable to continue with my trip as I broke my kneecap. My husband flew out to Denver, not knowing how we would get back to Omaha. Our doctor recommended ACC Medlink. It truly was an amazing experience. The three gentlemen that brought us home were courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great outfit, good employees! What should have been an excruciatingly painful journey was as pleasant as it could have been. And yes, we needed the transport 'yesterday', and they still got it done. I was on vacation with family in New Smyrna Beach, FL when I had a freak accident and broke my left hip at 35 years old. I underwent emergency surgery in Florida. As a resident of Pittsburgh, PA, we had to quickly find the safest way to return home. With mixed medical opinions on travel after surgery, we elected to use ACC Medlink to put our minds at ease. I would recommend this service to anyone in a similar situation. Our initial phone call to ACC Medlink was an immediate omen of comfort. The representative was knowledgeable and essentially laid out a plan for us. In four short days, the crew (Erik Luna - Medic, Bryan Gonzalez & Louie Turner - Drivers) showed up promptly to pick up myself, my partner, our vacation luggage, and new found medical souvenirs! They made everything look so easy. Once I was in the van and comfortable, Erik became fast friends with us. His presence immediately put both of us at ease and we knew we were in good hands. Throughout the trip, I was comfortable, and Erik was so quick to lend a hand from the simplest position adjustment to the more complex personal needs. Once we safely arrived the 17 hours later in Pittsburgh, the crew quickly and safely unloaded me, my partner, and belongings. They were then off to do another 10-hour journey to help another person in need. The service and crew were truly a blessing in a difficult situation. I appreciate you all!

ACC Medlink Services exceeded our expectations starting with Ryan our transport cooridnator. He provided all the initial information & details needed w/regard to providing non-emergency medical transport services for my senior parents whom were relocating to another state. Being that my Mother has advanced stage dementia & is wheelchair bound, it was important for us to find a transportation service that could accommodate her needs. Ryan's professional demeanor & supportive attitude made the process stress free. He was never annoyed when I called with any questions, or any changes that needed to be made prior to transport. My Brother & I were quite anxious the day of transport for obvious reasons. As this was the first time, our parents ever used such services. Our parents mean the world to us, so we wanted them to have the best experience as possible, considering they would be on the road for 32 hours crossing several states. The crew called us when they were an hour out & gave us their ETA, which calmed some of our nerves. They arrived when they said they would & called once outside, that's when we meet our parents transport team which was Josh the EMT & two drivers Jamie & Andrea. They greeted us & formerly introduced themselves, all very pleasant. I noticed how well they were able to transfer my Mother from the wheelchair to the stretcher bed & even commented how impressed I was, that they did so without causing any discomfort. We had some small talk to get acquainted to include the crew showing us the interior of the transport. I made it a point, to emphasize how important the safe & successful transport of our parents was to us. In which, they reassured us, that they care for their clients as they do their own parents. They told us we could call them directly at any time for updates. We said our goodbyes & they were on their way. By the time they reached their first stop, my Father expressed how very impressed he was with the driving which was of upmost importance to us. In fact, he continued to reiterate how skilled both Jamie & Andrea were with their driving throughout the trip. Of which, my Brother & I, were very glad to hear. He said Josh stayed diligent on checking on my Mother's well being & provided conversation along the way. It was explained to us that the stops were never long winded & they worked well as a team, they meant business which was getting our folks to their destination safely. My Mother was comfortable the entire time & slept quite well despite some bumpy roads in some states. Of which the ladies handled perfectly, one of the ladies even spotted a coyote in the road lol that's how vigilant & alert they were about driver safety. They stopped for restroom breaks & hot food, as they said they would & made good time. Long story not so short, they got our parents to their destination safely, so mission accomplished. I made it a point to personally call Josh, Jamie & Andrea to say Thank You. So based on our experience with ACC Medlink, we highly recommend using their transport services if ever in need. To Josh, Jamie & Andrea, thank you again....You guys are awesome :)
