Service was impeccable. Pick up on time and notifications along the route between states went smoothly and according to plan. I felt very reassured for the transport of my elderly parent with dementia. Coordination between hospital, senior living facility and transport was excellent! I was told to relax and ACCMedlink would take care if everything and they did! I cannot say enough good things about your service and staff!

The ride was on time and they stopped for us to break and eat, very courteous. The nurse Sandra took really good care of my mom on the road and once they got her into the house.

I highly recommend ACC Medlink. Excellent company to use for long distance medical transportation. From the quote process to the booking process was an ease. They coordinated everything between the two facilities so we did not have to worry about it. Made my father and sister comfortable on the 12+ hour ride from CT to SC. Even put the hockey game on the tv for them to watch. Were prompt, actually earlier than scheduled, for the pick up. Made sure my father had all his belongings from the room. Upon arrival the next morning in Hilton Head they promptly wheeled my father directly to his room and made sure he was all settled in. Such professionalism on all parts. Again, highly recommend!!

We needed to move my mom from Minnesota to Colorado to be closer to family. ACC was wonderful! My mom's trip went very well. She was well cared for and happy. The company made communication seamless and spoke with both care facilities as well as the family. I highly recommend ACC.

Service and staff were terrific.

Two issues: 1. A member of the crew forgot to call me once the trip was completed. A courtesy call should have been made. 2. Although I did specifically request a female medic for my mom, the COVID-19 situation made things more complicated and caused the trip to be rescheduled resulting in a male medic instead. It seems there was no way around this because of a "3 day window" once the COVID-19 test is administered to when the patient needs to arrive at the (Massachusetts) facility from out of state. At that point, I chose to complete the transport as soon as possible and not wait for a female medic to be scheduled. Everything else was excellent. Thanks for safely transporting my mom and taking care of her along the way.

MEDLINK transported my wife and me from Wilmington, DE to Newport, RI. From the moment we met, each member of the crew (Nate, Joel and Jan) was supportive, helpful, kind and professional. When a medical question arose from the receiving facility, the crew worked diligently to solve the problem . . . and they did! Jan (nurse) provided outstanding care for my wife. And Joel and Nate were ready to help in any way. The driving was excellent, even while passing through NYC. I was a bit anxious about this trip, but my anxiety was calmed quickly, and the trip and the team were excellent. I will recommend this company and this team to anyone who has this need. My only recommendation is that overhead steadying bars be installed in the vehicle to ease movement and provide safety while travelling David Robinson, West Grove, PA.
