Very professional office kept me informed and answered any concerns. They kept us updated on arrival. The Nursing facility did not have him on a draw sheet and he's a large paralyzed man but they made a plan and moved him without discomfort. I was a secondary patient, just having my hip replaced, they also cared for me and made sure I got up and down steps safely. Cat knew how to handle my sometimes difficult husband and took care of him even between stops when the Sprinter was going over very rough roads from winter conditions. She has an excellent disposition for caring people in such confined spaces.The drivers did an excellent job getting us to the nursing facility and even pitched in taking care of my husband. The receiving nursing home was very impressed and took pictures and information in case they needed a transport. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who cares about transporting their loved one. Safety was very important for them.

The crew did an amazing job, Nikki was very friendly and helpful in a very stressful time and was able to help us schedule the transport quickly to transport the patient within 2 days of the call. My Client had an out-of-state ground based medical transport scheduled with another provider which reneged on their being able to accomplish the transport. I contacted ACC Medlink on short notice. ACC Medlink staff responded promptly and professionally and had the medical transport for my Client in place and ready-to-go in 48 hours. We had a few modifications including location pickup prior to the actual transport and ACC Medlink made the adjustments and kept us calm for what was a significant undertaking moving the Client from Southern California to Washington. The pickup happened as planned and 24-hours later my Client was delivered into the hands of his awaiting sister in Washington. This is a fabulous service! I wasn't certain how to transfer my father with mobility issues from Florida to a new place in Delaware. The people were easy to work with, and very friendly. They updated us frequently before and during the transport. I highly recommend this service to anyone that needs travel across state lines in a comfortable and secure environment.

Overall, I was very pleased with the courteousness, professionalism and ease of dealing w ACC MedLink. We were in a medical crisis and unable to transport my husband home. Arranging for transportation with them was easy. Everyone that I interacted was pleasant and friendly and it eased my mind to know that the company took care of everything. Although the trip took longer than expected (through no fault of staff), Eric ( medic) was in regular contact with me throughout the trip, which was much appreciated. He took good care of my husband and seemed to take pride in and love his work, which was an added bonus. ACC Medlink was an invaluable service during a very stressful time in our lives. Thank you!
