Amber went above and beyond and was a HUGE help in all logistics!!!!

The trip was excellent from the first contact to all of the special care right up to the end. My Sister and I traveled with my mom and were by her side the whole way. It's important to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. The entire transport was a blessing of the best we could have hoped for. Thank you so much for your kind care and attention to detail.

ACC Medlink was top notch from Britini with Booking, to the travel planners to the crew. They delivered exactly as promised, took beautiful care of our Papa and kept in contact with me and sent pictures during the trip. They are so appreciated and would highly recommend

ACC Medlink showed absolute professionalism throughout the entire process. My father was transferred from TN to WA. Since my father has Parkinson's, we were concerned about his trip. From the moment we talked to ACC Medlink, we knew we had the right company. Everything unfolded like clockwork. Erik, who flew with my father, kept me in touch every step of the way. He did a stellar job, from pick to drop off. Truly well done.

Such a great company! The prep was amazing. Great communication each day leading up to transport. Loved the form they asks for special needs, favorite foods etc. Erik communicated amazingly and sent pictures and frequent updates on our Papa. They took amazing care of him and found his favorite shows for him on the roku. Highly recommend. This service was priceless!!

I find it hard to adequately express my thanks and admiration for ACC med link. When I made the reservation, I was in contact with people who were compassionate, courteous and genuinely concerned about my situation. When I talked to them on the phone, I was struck by how friendly they were. It wasn't just the people on the phone either. The drivers and EMTs also exude confidence, dependability and calmness. I remember thinking that it is going to Okay and my aunt was in good hands. When they left with my aunt all packed up, I found my myself in a very emotional state but with relief as they drove away. What can I say but, WOW. My friend (I am her medical POA & durable POA) received the devastating news that her cancer was terminal after leaving home in West Virginia to get treated at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. I had made a promise to her that I would not let her die away from home. She said she wanted to spend her last days in her home among friends. She was way too ill to travel on a commercial flight so on Thursday, December 12th we decided we had to find a way home the next day. In 24 hours, you had her flight (with me in tow) arranged and like clockwork you picked her up bedside in the hospital, took her to hobby airport by ambulance, put her in her private medical jet and flew her home to West Virginia. I played John Denver's Almost Heaven when the plane landed and my friend, Pat, sang at the top of her voice as tears welled up in my eyes. The crew then delivered her to her home overlooking the Kanawha River with the utmost care and attention and she was at peace. She passed away a few days later. THANK YOU, Isaac, Lindsey & the pilots, you were AMAZING and I have no regrets at all with choosing you to bring us home.
