All three crew members were terrific. They saw to my every need, were courteous, and extremely friendly without being intrusive.

When bad things happen in this world it is such a comfort that there are companies like ACC MEDLINK there to help. I am still thinking I am in a dream on how well this went. I want to thank all of you from the setting up of the van to the drivers and medical folks. Staff was amazing. I'm from California and went to check on my parents in Nevada, both in their 80's. My mom was sick and had been bedridden. Mom ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and my 3 night stay turned into a 3 week ordeal of trying to get my parents back to my home to care for them. ACC Medlink was one of the first options on Google and their reviews were all good!. I called them to get a quote. ... it is expensive to use this type of transport and I did consider making a bed in my SUV, renting a RV and even discussed putting my mom in a care facility or finding home caregivers. Ultimately I went with this company and it was the most wonderful experience for my mom. They were professional, prompt and the nurse assigned to sit with my mom was amazing. Truly caring. She kept my mom comfortable, offered meals and snacks plus she texted updates to me along the way. The drivers were also kind and courteous. Bottom line, it is expensive to use this type of transport. But, it cost less to do this than they would have spent on private homecare at $4000+ a month. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!

I can't thank the entire team enough. We were in crisis management and planning and this group from schedulers to drivers to nurses were unbelievably amazing. They removed a huge burden through their professionalism and customer service. The communication was on point, and service impeccable. My father said, in 8 hours they turned into family. They truly show care and compassion. Thank you all for those needed high quality medical transportation, I can't recommend them more highly. Transport coordinators kind accommodating understanding. Great communication between both facilities and family with plan and progress, Hilda RN kept me and the destination up to date at least three times with ETA. Hilda texted and phoned me, kept me informed of her concerns, was empathetic to my concerns as family, and listened tirelessly all night during a 16 hr transport to a very anxious, awake, and talkative patient who just needed to vent. The two drivers gave family a warm and kind greeting and were very helpful in settling the patient into her new home. Highly recommend. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The ACC Medlink team was courteous and professional during my mother's transfer from upstate NY to PA. The trip went smoothly and safely. Good job by the entire team!

My mother in law was nervous about the move along with being emotional as she was leaving to go near family but also to the unknown with her newly compromised body due to a stroke. The crew took care of her physical needs as she was very comfortable during her 8 hour ride. Most importantly they were there for her emotionally. It was obvious they cared for their patient and for each other. These 3 are a great team.
