Davonta, Tyron, and Ian were ALL amazing!

What can I say but, WOW. My friend (I am her medical POA & durable POA) received the devastating news that her cancer was terminal after leaving home in West Virginia to get treated at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. I had made a promise to her that I would not let her die away from home. She said she wanted to spend her last days in her home among friends. She was way too ill to travel on a commercial flight so on Thursday, December 12th we decided we had to find a way home the next day. In 24 hours, you had her flight (with me in tow) arranged and like clockwork you picked her up bedside in the hospital, took her to hobby airport by ambulance, put her in her private medical jet and flew her home to West Virginia. I played John Denver's Almost Heaven when the plane landed and my friend, Pat, sang at the top of her voice as tears welled up in my eyes. The crew then delivered her to her home overlooking the Kanawha River with the utmost care and attention and she was at peace. She passed away a few days later. THANK YOU, Isaac, Lindsey & the pilots, you were AMAZING and I have no regrets at all with choosing you to bring us home. I'm sure Mother was diffcult at times but Q sent pic and call so Mother and I could talk and reassure her she was coming home. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Good job on a long trip

I cant remember the driving crew names but they and the nurse Stacy made sure this trip was a success. Anytime we needed to stop for food or breaks, Stacy and I would take turns making sure the patient was never alone. The drivers/crew were so kind to the patient moving from the bed to the stretcher and from the stretcher into the new residence. Getting him into the new residence was tricky but they made sure he was as comfortable as possible. We had a situation where the patient was feeling almost every bump in the road due to pressure wounds. She helped me make the patient more comfortable for the duration. It was a long journey but with the team, it was the only way to transport the patient safely at that distance. I gave everyone a huge hug when we got there. There were happy tears! Thank you all so much. I have been recommending this company to everyone I know that needs non-emergency medical transport.

Transported my sister from Buffalo, NY to northern Michigan. I was able to ride along. Very smooth ride and the crew was very accommodating. It was a long 9 hour drive but my sister was comfortable and secure. I would highly recommend ACC to anyone looking for this type of service.
