I am in Ohio and my mother was in North Carolina. I called and talked to the weekend supervisor on a Saturday! She was awesome and thoroughly explained the process. ACC was scheduled to get my mother on Tuesday, but the hospital released her on Sunday! Melissa went above and beyond to get my mother Sunday overnight and home by Monday morning. Durning transport my mother had terrible nightmares and the staff and nurse Hilda were amazing. They kept me updated during the entire transport. Look no further ACC is the BEST!

Safety, security, and having a medical professional on board was very important to me. I met the team when they picked up dad for transport. They all carried themselves in a professional and friendly manner which in turn made his anxiety about the trip melt away. The team kept in touch along the way and I was informed once they had arrived at dad's new facility. I have never had a need to use this type of service in the past, but I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services to anyone else. These folks are great!!

I was not at the hospital in Florida when my sister was picked up by ACC Medlink, so I didn't get the names of the team members, but I will say that they were extremely professional, and took the time to learn about my sister. They communicated regularly with myself and other family members and did a great job with my sister (who can be confused and difficult at times).

Our experience with ACC Medlink was extremely positive from the time I requested a quote until we were home. Every time that I called with a question, there was always a friendly, helpful person who picked up the phone and answered my question. Everything about the trip went exactly as described on the website and on the documents that were sent to us. The crew did an excellent job of taking care of my husband throughout the trip. Stops were done as often and as long as needed. I am very grateful for the availability for thIs service.

Great Coordination by both Coordinators and the Crew. Good communication with sponsor (me) and reactions to hiccups at both pickup and delivery points. Everything went smoothly which was gratifying to a family in a high stress situation.
