ACC Medlink provided the absolute finest service in transporting my elderly brother from Michigan to West Virginia. Barely 48 hours after my initial call, the transport team was on the road. The crew telephoned just minutes after their departure and let me speak with my brother. This was tremendously reassuring. The crew maintained regular contract throughout the trip and even texted a photo of the one traffic jam they encountered. I cannot overstate the professionalism of everyone at ACC Medlink, from the staff members I spoke with in arranging the trip to the crew members who actually made the trip. Absolutely first-rate!!

ACC Medlink was exactly what our family needed in a time of critical care! Their website is very detailed and staff was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with when making arrangements. They had all paperwork and contracts signed with us so no time was wasted, and the crew identified themselves ahead of transport and kept in touch with us regularly over the 20 hour drive. They provided meals, kept the patient in mind, provided him with some of his favorite snacks along the way. They kept in touch with us about comfort, medication, and kept us informed how everyone was doing. The service was bedside to bedside and they stayed until everything was settled and handoff to the family was complete. We thank the whole crew, and highly recommend to anyone needing this type of service.

From the first call we placed to the time our patient was delivered, we had an incredible experience with ACC. Everyone was friendly, attentive, punctual, flexible with our shifting schedule, and accommodating of every need and request we made. Thank you for everything!

All crew members were fantastic. Very friendly and very professional. Not only on time, they were a little early and took the initiative to pack up my mother's personal belongings before I arrived. The trip was on schedule per original estimate. My father was a passenger to keep my mother company and also because he could sleep during the trip (he's 87). Unfortunately, my father had an episode of confusion and was adamant about getting himself and my mother out of the vehicle. Sandra and the crew attempted to calm him down and explain the situation and then called me for support. They were apologetic that they needed to call me. My opinion on the other hand was that they went above and beyond trying to deal with it. They could have very easily requested that I take him from the vehicle, etc. However, they dealt with the situation professionally and very effectively. My father eventually calmed down and was "OK". I was so happy we had Sandra and the crew. They were the absolute best! Thank you!

Hilda, Rich, and Manuel made an awesome team. Hilda, my husbands nurse was caring and attentive during the entire 15 hour trip. Every request was met by an immediate response; she went out of her way to make sure my husband was comfortable and all his needs were met. Hilda competently took care of our dinner orders and all restroom stops. Rich and Manuel were equally helpful at all times. They were both excellent drivers. My husband and I felt safe, comfortable and excellently taken care of during the entire trip. I highly recommend these professionals and ACC Medlink services..
