Although I reads couple of negative reviews they seemed to center around peoples inability to read and understand the contract. My families personnel review is that the staff and crew were outstanding. They couldn't be more helpful and friendly and made our long trip as enjoyable as it could be. The home office staff was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this service if you need to transport a loved one a longer distance.

Drivers Damon and Kelon were efficient, courteous, helpful, accommodating, respectful and all around very nice. The Nurse, Linda, was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and understanding of my daughters needs and wants. She did her job so well and made a very long and difficult trip for my daughter and myself as easy and comfortable as possible.

The Medlink staff from coordinators to the crew had all the answers. They gained my confidence that my mother would be moved to her new home over 500 miles safely. Then they accomplished this by coming through.

It was a stressful time, a long 20 hour trip, the vehicle is cramped tho adequate, but the caring professionalism of the crew was outstanding! drivers made great time, latisha the cna worked well with my stepdad. I really can't say enough about all of them. thank you for providing this service.

I was rather nervous, at first, because the transport team was running late, but once they showed up it was all business. The team was extremely professional, and knew exactly what they needed. They treated my mom and I with courtesy and compassion. I was extremely grateful for the entire group.

I was super nervous about the transport. The crew was awesome and they made great time. We traveled 1,100 miles from Dallas Texas to Gillette Wyoming. If I had to have one feedback it would be it needs better suspension. The vehicle was great but it was a rough ride in the back and you could feel every bump in the road. I am extremely grateful for the crew and the speed they got us home.

I have to admit I thought ACC Medlink would be a leap of faith, bordering on stupidity, selecting from google search, prepaying, and trusting very time sensitive delivery of my mom across 3 states to check into a new A/L facility. I can't believe our good fortune. Expensive, yes, but allowed for friend to accompany my mom and take my mom's cat, cat accessories, wheel chair, walker, and some clothes. The 3 other quotes I received did not allow for passenger accompanying. i freaked out seeing the awful BBB rating after the fact. However from initial contact to drop off, every person was assuring, helpful, and way exceeded expectation. if you are flexible I also noted they offer discounts. I was not as on a strict timetable. Special shout out to Hilda, RN, Rich G, and Richard H who drove and took care of my mom during trip. They were on time, safe drivers, super comforting to my mom who has dementia, took food preference, and extra stops. They offered updates and pictures to me. Not to mention arrived at departure facility on time despite tornados to south a day before. The need for this service is real and I can't imagine pulling this off without ACC Medlink. The unknowns driving my mom who has dementia through Chicago would have been very stressful, not to mention all the paperwork and prep at the new facility having to be done upon her arrival. ACC allowed me to do all that and not have the burden of getting my mom here on top of all that. I highly recommend this team and would use them again. It was a very successful Google search. Roads father north are horrible, so my mother was a little uncomfortable towards the end of the trip. She is also 94! Landon had his work over the 21 hours of travel adjusting her position. Poor guy didn't sleep at all, I fear. The 3 guys were very personable as well as professional. I would definitely recommend ACC Medlink to anyone facing a long travel needing medical assistance.

From those in the office keeping us informed as we went to Jan our transport nurse who texted us and kept us up to date on details and shared stories with us along our route. She took excellent care of my mom and that security went a long way. To our drivers Sean & Manuel, who kept us laughing every moment and would always ask if we needed anything at all.
