In short, The best possible decision. I couldn't be happier with the service provided! For those looking for deeper research. I started my process comparing multiple companies websites, and I decided to go with them as my top choice. I called and Tyler was excellent on the phone and getting me a quote promptly. The price was even a little bit less than I expected. Then came the tough part. Before booking I started to read the Yelp and Google reviews and I started to stress and get cold feet on my top choice. For the first time in my life I checked the Better Business Burroughs and found a F rating. If you are reading this please be aware, these are incorrect ratings. They are absolutely EVERYTHING and more that their website advertises. I made the tough choice of going with my gut. I wanted the very best for my mother and they absolutely delivered. Our Nurse on board Julie was like a angel sent not only to take loving and sincere care of my mother from New York to Virginia but also instantly put my stressed concerned mind at ease. I knew she was in great hands. Her driver team of Tammy and Russell only added to how pleased I was with my choice. A 8:00am discharge from a rehab center to a 5:00pm meeting with Hospice on the receiving end left us very little room for error and they delivered with outstanding punctuality. With discharge bed swap and loading luggage they were on the road by 8:15 am and with 3 updates throughout the trip reached our destination at 4:45pm. This went absolutely perfectly and everyone involved deserves to be commended to the fullest. My brother was along for the ride and he text me twice how great the crew was on this long trip and my mother even in her weak state traveled in comfort thank to the 8" memory foam mattress (one the reasons they were my top choice) please do not stress the bad reviews. This company came through in honesty my family's toughest time. I am forever grateful for what they have done for my mom during this difficult time. Thank you all with all my heart for not just the excellent service but for providing it with caring compassionate hearts.

My husband and I adored our crew members. All three were friendly, courteous, and generous. The only part that could use improvement was the bathroom situation on board the vehicle. It was difficult to use especially with a pet present. Otherwise, wonderful experience!

My mom is almost 90 years and suffers from Cerebral Vascular Demetia. Her symptoms include loss of hearing, vision and balance. Your RN Lynn, the drivers Kris and Kacey did an amazing job of navigating the entire Eastern Seaboard. They treated my mother with courtesy, care and safety as if it was their own mother. Congrats on a major transportation done with excellence!!!

I contracted with ACC to transport my wife 550 miles to our home after she had a serious fall. The office staff was easy to work with in setting up the transport; communication was efficient and punctual. I was kept informed by the vehicle crew regarding their arrival time and the needs required to get my wife down steps and into the van. The driver and medical assistant were professional throughout the trip and kept us informed of their activity via cell phone. Upon arrival at our home, the crew was efficient in getting my wife into the house and comfortable awaiting our getting her situated. I was very impressed with the entire operation and would not hesitate to use ACC again or recommend them to others.

Damin and K our drivers were amazing and took such good care of our travel. We felt safe and comfortable Sandra put my worries at ease with the health issues my mom had on our long trip. Julie (nurse) & the two guys were very nice. The office people on the phone were, too. Everyone was very helpful during a very stressful time. We were so happy the team was available on such short notice.

ACC Medlink provided great service getting my 89 year old, medically fragile mom from a very rural northern California location to the Portland, Oregon area - a 12+ hour drive. My mom had some bad experiences with ambulance transport between hospitals recently before taking this trip and she was quite anxious about it. But thanks to the positioning of the gurney that allowed her to sit up at an angle, and its comfort with a good mattress, support pillows etc, she slept comfortably for much of the journey! She also felt supported by having crew member Kristen watching over her in the back. When my mom woke up 9 hours into the trip, she was able to look out the window and as she has been housebound for quite some time, that was exciting for her. She arrived rested and happy, and both she and I were enormously grateful for that. She arrived at her nursing home on a Sunday morning and there were not many staff there to greet us, but the ACC Medlink crew got her in, helped situate her in her bed, and made sure she was comfy before they left. They helped bring in her belongings and Kristen came back with my mom's missing hearing aid that had dropped out onto the gurney - thank goodness! Thank you to the whole crew!

The entire staff was wonderful and made a stressful situation less stressful. They handled my aunts needs with grace and professionalism. They were a blessing to us and we are ever so thankful!

Great experience overall from start to finish. Crew was on time and very competent. Coordinators were easy to work with from booking to scheduling. No issues on the transport. Pricing was a little steep for a short straightforward transport but that was the only blemish on the experience.
