My mother in law recieved excellent care

My wife suffered a brain bleed and after partial rehabilitation required ground transport from Fort Myers,Fl to Muncie, Indiana, a 19 hour journey. We selected ACC Medlink based upon reviews, equipment, and their location. Their crew was highly professional and made us feel comfortable and secure every step of the way. We left at 3 PM and in spite of raining all nite arrived on time. The drivers changed shifts with each fuel stop every 4 to 5 hours, so they remained rested and alert. They also made additional stops for food and restroom needs. With the use of curtains my wife had complete privacy when needed. Ground transport for us was mandatory and much cheaper than air. This team was a Godsend.

This seemed like such a huge task to overcome. We had to move my mother-in-law from Illinois to Texas. ACC walked us through the procedure and answered our many questions. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Keeping us updated throughout the process was greatly appreciated. The crew and my MIL arrived safely and on time, MIL was comfortable and rested. God bless you for the work you do!!

Maria was wonderful from start to finish. She was informative, through, great with follow up and she sent all needed paperwork via an email to be completed with signNow. I never had to play telephone tag or repeatedly call as I have had to do with other companies. Customer service was first class, grade A, a pleasure. All three crew members in my mother's transport van were great, they drove from NJ to SC throughout the night so that my mother could sleep. Joshua called to update me an hour away from arrival and again 10 minutes prior. I was able to meet them at my mother's new memory care center. My mother suffers from dementia and is in a wheelchair so transporting her with a transport service made more sense than having her fly. I did not want to subject her to the confusion of air travel with the possible delays. Once I had talked with Maria and made the decision to have her travel via ground transportation I felt so much better knowing this was a good choice for her. I have found ACC Medlink to be an outstanding company.

The entire process went smoothly. Lindsey,Tammy, and Melissa were incredible from the first call through the confirmation of services. The equipment was top notch and care and treatment my father received during the trip was excellent. Terry kept us informed throughout the trip.
