The availability and professionalism of the staff by phone was a comfort during the uncertainty of when and how I would be able to transport my father from Las Vegas to Saratoga, FL. He was bed ridden after a stroke and it was not recommended that he fly, so we opted to use ACC Medlink to handle the ground transport. After reading a review about another client they transported from Seattle to FL, I was convinced they had the experience to bring my father cross country and closer to family. The drivers were professional and focused on getting us there quickly and safely. The nurse was very attentive to my father's needs and mine as the passenger. I am so grateful to everyone who helped in making this transport a reality for my father and our family. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink for anyone who needed to transport their family member across states.
