Absolutely amazing people, caring Professionals Would recommend to anybody

In an age when websites & brochures promise the world & deliver far less, this organization is the exact opposite; they deliver more than promised. My friend, Don, was to be transferred from a nursing home in Virginia to the Maine Veterans' Home in Bangor, ME. As a result of inadequate treatment in the Virginia nursing home, Don was in VERY fragile medical condition and had to be moved to save his life. The loading in Virginia was done in a rain storm (not planned) as carefully and professionally as possible. When asked if they could make a very brief detour so I could drop off my vehicle at my home, the answer was "sure"! The trip was long and difficult for Don, but all focus was on driving safety and Don's comfort. Truly, this man's life was saved due to a professional and caring team of 3. I would not hesitate to use this transport again, especially in a situation requiring the utmost care.

The area in the back of the vehicle was a cramped with two beds. It is good to have a pet or friend or family member travel with a patient, but would be perfect with more room for both beds. The ride from Roseburg to Los Angeles was bumpy and road was winding and caused my brother’s body to move from side to side at times- not sure if that was the driver or the road as driving in the dark can be unpredictable. He was strapped in, for safety.

Thank you staff for all you do. Thanks to Suzan, Emilio, and Shava for helping us bring our son closer to home for rehab care. Thanks ACC!

Lisa, David, and Malachi made a what might have been a very difficult cross-country trip endurable for an elderly, ailing family member and me. The crew was courteous and professional, putting both of us at ease and making us comfortable throughout the journey. The drivers brought us safely home. The nursing provided was some of the best we've experienced in the three months since this particular life-changing health journey began.

I wasn't personally on the trip but from what I hear, it went flawlessly... thank you for your professionalism and for providing a much needed service. I had total piece of mind.

My step-father fell ill while traveling through TX. After 4 weeks in the hospital we needed to get him safely back to GA. The ACCMedlink team were so supportive and professional in helping us make this happen! Thank you to everyone who worked with us especially his transport team--you helped him feel safe on this journey and Tyler who was so supportive as I navigated this difficult situation!
