ACC Medlink Reviews: 2,500+ Five-Star Trips

My husband became severely ill on our cruise and was sent by ambulance to a hospital in southern Turkey. After several days and 2 different hospitals in Turkey, my husband was barely able to fly home. Many people have never experienced the stress of having a spouse become ill in a foreign country where English is not spoken. By the time my husband was fit to fly, we had to navigate an airport in Istanbul, followed by a 9 hour flight and were completely stressed and exhausted. Everything had been going wrong for days. These kind women were very caring and knew exactly what so do to lower our stress and anxiety. I can’t thank your company enough for the Compassion and Caring they provided on the last leg of our journey, arriving safely at the Venice Fl hospital.

After a terrifying week of uncertainty, my mother in law made it from central Kentucky to southwest Florida. Because of this transport, her trip was safe and pleasant. Though she was very ambulatory, the guys all went out of their way to make sure she was stable and in good spirits. Being able to ride with her was an awesome bonus. She had a familiar face and our family had peace of mind. I highly recommend this company. And I highly recommend Brian, Lydell and Keith. Friendly faces, during a 15 hour drive, make a huge difference. Thanks again to all who made this possible.

We transported my mother from Quincy, MA to Tucson, AZ driving 50 straight hours. She had to be taken out of and out back in the transport van via the gurney for safety due to her instability issues. I was able to ride along with her, and we were also able to transport her small dog and cat along with us. We stopped along the way for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which they provided. And many other stops for bathroom breaks and snacks. The drivers were very competent in their driving, and the med tech was great in her job in keeping mom safe and comfortable. They were very respectful and genuinely nice people. We were very impressed with everyone. I would definitely use them for any future needs. And will highly recommend the company itself to anyone I hear in need of such transport. The thought of driving across country with my ailing mom for 8+ days was just too terrifying to even contemplate. Thanks ACC Medlink for your wonderful service!

I want to take the time out to thank the crew Suzan, Anquonette, and Monette for brining my dad home to Florida. Suzan took great care of my dad and kept me informed the entire trip. They arrived in a timely manner. We are very appreciative of your services. Thank you ACC Medlink.

Suzan is a saint. There was a med order mix-up at originating facility. Nurse Suzan managed the problem professionally and safely delivered my aunt. Hats off to you Suzan! Heartfelt thanks to the entire crew who made this transfer possible.

I’m so grateful to Air Critical Care Medlink and especially Pam, Cynthia, and Amanda. They picked up my mother, mother-in-law, and father-in-law after a very difficult week and cared for them during a 31-hour drive from Alabama to California. The team was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the trip. Knowing our family was in such good hands gave us real peace of mind. Thank you for taking such amazing care of them.

Just a well done trip. Crew transfer was unobtrusive. Wonderful eams. Transporting three injured patients could not have been as easy as they made it seem!

ACC Medlink did an excellent job for our family, from the initial phone call to settling my mom in her new facility. It was a stressful time and their help in coordinating with both care facilities took some of that stress off the family. Communication was prompt, professional, and caring. A family member rode along and was impressed by the crew - they were professional, kind, and friendly and made sure he was taken care of, as well. They arrived at the destination at the estimated time and took great care to make sure the transfer from the van to the bedside went well. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink.

I want to thank these ladies so much for brining my aunt to her new home. I was worried about transporting Adrienne, this has been a tough year for us going back and forth to California so much. This is a big weight lifted from our shoulders. Suzan was so kind and patient, she kept me informed throughout the entire trip. She kept some of my anxiety down lol.
