October 14, 2026All 3 guys were complete gentlemen. Jose, Kasey, Shane. Shane was the most attentive being the medic. He changed dad’s diaper, made sure we were comfortable at all times! Using this company again I hope with same people!

October 14, 2026This team deserves 10 stars out of 5. They were absolutely wonderful, treated us so kindly and with respect. We never know what to expect on a road trip in general, add health concerns to that equation and now we have a nice case of anxiety. I wasn't sure how my pregnant daughter was going to make it, nor myself but we did. Suzan made sure we were comfortable and have everything we needed. The drivers with her Soniel and Anquonette assisted her with anything needed, it was wonderful to see how they work together. Thank you ACC.

October 14, 2026My father had a heart attack while traveling out of state and required a lengthy hospital stay. While the hospital was able to arrange for him to be transferred to another hospital, insurance would not bear the cost. ACC was able to explain the whole process and provided multiple options for my father’s transportation to our home state. The knowledge of the sales (Maxwell in particular) as well as the coordination by Ryan and nurse Lisa’s care were all top notch. We knew my dad was in great hands. He made it safe and sound after the 17hr drive and is now able to recover closer to home. We are very grateful ACC was there for us in this difficult time.

October 1, 2026I accompanied my 84 year old mother, who was recovering from 7 breaks in her back from Florida to Connecticut. We were both extremely anxious. From the moment we met the crew Shava, Rod and Jamaica, they were kind, professional and so gentle with my mom. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them, they made what could have been a very long ride, a very pleasant one. They cared for my mom with such compassion, they treated me equally as kind. I would recommend them without hesitation.
