The trip from Florida to Texas was very nice the guys was very helpful and carrying Tyron and Keith did a great driving safely and carefully keeping us comfortable. Davonta was very attentive and ready to assist us with any of our needs great crew!

We were able to schedule a trip for transport within a week from NC to TX for our son. During the 25 hour drive, the crew made my son very comfortable and they stayed on schedule, arriving at the destination on time. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink and plan to use them again in the future.

From thr point of first contact with ACC to the end of a 10 hour long transport, this company and the people who represented them went above and beyond in making a very difficult situation seamlessly possible and easy for our family member. Lisa, the nurse, and Jose and Monette, the drivers, were extraordinarily kind and compassionate during the very long drive, and kept our family member very happy and well cared for from pick up at the hospital to delivery 10 hours later at a nursing rehab in TN. They were absolute professionals with beautiful hearts for our family member! AMAZING!!! The company representative was very helpful during a very fluid situation with constant changes, and we appreciate their patience.

My son and I had a 6-7 hour travel to get home. Loic and Jose were so helpful getting Jayhden home. Very kind crew members. Van was good. Definatly recommend ACC med link. Tyler was very helpful when I called to get all set up. Great service and staff.

We waited years to move our loved one from the East Coast to the Midwest because we were unsure of how to get him transported and the cost associated with such a long trip. On a whim, I called ACC Medlink and from the first phone call until they dropped him off at his new home, it was seamless. Everything was communicated so clearly between family and both facilities. And I was able to communicate with his nurse for the entirety of the trip. Upon arrival, they even assisted the new facility with his transfers and stayed to see everything through. We took a pic of our loved one with the crew members and cried as we said goodbye! Michael (his nurse) and Sonya and Asiah (drivers) have a special place in our hearts for their service! We are forever grateful! I'm happy to share the picture if needed :) Thanks again for everything!

The whole experience of moving my mother a thousand miles stressed me out, but the crew at ACC Medlink took the stress out of it. The trip went smoothly, the crew was extremely professional and respectful of my mother. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs to move a loved one long distance.
