Cheryl, Keith and Peter did an incredible job transporting both of my parents safely across the country on a 36-hour journey by ground transport. My parents have very different needs - mom is an insulin-dependent diabetic with some mobility issues, and dad is physically active with Alzheimers. Cheryl and the team were able to manage their individual needs successfully and with compassion, despite my dad's agitation throughout the trip. Cheryl did a great job of keeping us informed along the way, and we can't thank the team enough for taking great care of them. We had a great team with Linda, Bernard & Eric. They were very caring & respectful of our mother & our family members. They made every effort to keep our mom comfortable for our 25 hour trip.

Linda is the most knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and caring nurse I've ever been around! She cared for my wife like it was her own mother, and I really appreciated her attention to my wife. Bernard Senior was a fantastic driver and did everything he could to help make our trip as comfortable as possible, including getting us food and drinks. If I had to use your service again, I would request this team!

Linda Fletcher is the most knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate nurse I've ever met!! She took care of my wife like it was her mother. And she's very easy to talk to. Bernard Senior, our driver was also a wonderful person and an expert driver and navigator. He took care of all of our needs for food and drinks. I would ask for him again if that was a possibility. If it wasn't for the occasion, I would say we really enjoyed it, but it made it as easy as possible on us as could be in the situation.

Crew was professional, competent, and friendly. They always had our safety and comfort as the priority. We were impressed with the office staff, who were all able to answer questions and provide guidance regarding our trip. Regardless of who we spoke with, they all had access to the information specific to our trip. As clients, I feel we could have been more helpful had we known the procedures regarding meals in advance. Our preliminary input about food was unintentionally inappropriate, since we did not know what to expect. It would have been helpful to know that there was no galley equipment on the van, and that meal stops would be takeout along the route. I might suggest simple check boxes with generalized options for non-perishable snacks, drink selections, and meals. I am available to elaborate with specifics, if you would like to contact me. Again, thank you for providing this essential service. It was by far the best option for relocating both of our 90 + aged parents. I will recommend your services to others in similar situations.
