September 27, 2026This crew was perfect they picked us up at a great time preventing us from getting caught in a bad storm without complaining. Jamaica went the extra mile inside our home making sure my husband was settled and comfortable I really thank her for taking her time with much compassion! The drivers Shava and Rod were great and kept us safe in a timely manner I recommend jamaica ‘s team if you want compassion

September 26, 2026Nurse Lisa and our drivers, Louie and Tyron, were fantastic, they were very compassionate and made the trip fun. Lisa was very attentive to my moms needs and mine as well. They did a great job getting my Mom from Missoula Montana to my home in Hoquiam, WA in a safe and comfortable way. September 24, 2026I just wasn't sure how these guys would get me down the stairs. I've been so nervous since I fell and broke my leg. These guys we awesome and get and A+ from me! Jomo and Naomi worked so well as a team to get in the van safely, and just like that we were on our way! Suzan paid special attention to me, assisted me every step of the way. They took care of my niece very well also. We arrived just as expected. Awesome work! Thanks to ACC I made it home safely, and now on to my journey in healing. Again thank ACC for making the impossible possible.

Despite the long distance, the entire transport was handled with excellent communication, patience, and genuine care for the patient. Safety and comfort were clearly a priority every step of the way. Truly a team that goes above and beyond—literally going the extra mile! Highly recommend!
