I appreciate the help Maxwell provided and the assistance given to coordination between the two facilities. The receiving facility and the discharging facility without my participation.

The company and crew frequently communicated so we were always aware of our schedule. They were very kind and courteous throughout our long ride from Florida to Massachusetts, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. They went out of their way to find food that mom would eat. We are so grateful for the excellent care.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. I was nervous about the trip with my mom as a dementia patient. It could not have gone better. I appreciate everyone that helped this to go so smoothly. Thank you all so much.

The team that transported my mother, Lucy Knowles, were extremely professional, courteous, and caring from the time we met for pickup to the time she was delivered. They displayed a genuine concern for my Mom and treated her extremely well. They provided updates along the way so our family knew their travel progress and that my Mom was doing well. We are extremely happy with the service provided and couldn't ask for any better care.

My dad and I had to fly home before my mom could be transported so leaving her to be transported on her own was a little nerve racking. The hospital coordinated everything with ACC Medlink and medic Chloe reached out to me the night before they were due to pick her up. She was informative and highly communicative, even sending pics of my mo comfortably in the van. She checked in with my about meal options and likes/dislikes and stayed in communication with major updates about arrival My mom felt safe and supported on the 2 hour drive from VA to NH. We appreciate the level of care and service that all of the crew provided.
