Excellent assistance from everyone, from initial call of inquiry to patient drop-off. Emily, Rosalba and Jomo provided excellent care to my husband throughout the long transport from Mesa, AZ to Fort Worth, TX. We could not have done it without them.

This service is worth every penny, every member I came in contact with was professional and kind and I can't thank you guys enough for your assistance in getting my mom home. I wholeheartedly recommend ACC to anyone in need of medical transportation!

Excellent service. We transferred my Mom from New Mexico to Denver in style. One of the crew members was from her small town in Illinois which her feel special. Overall an excellent experience for my Mom at a difficult time.

Brian, Anthony, and Armando were kind, helpful, and incredibly professional during our ride from WPB, FL to Northern, NJ. My mom was not well enough to fly and this was the best option for helping get her home. I looked at a variety of companies, and their prices were all similar to ACC's. It was ACC's reviews and detailed descriptions of their vans that set them apart. I read as many negative reviews as I could, too, for due diligence sake. They were almost universally either people upset that the contract required payment despite their loved ones not being able to travel or people upset about the quality of food en route. A contract is a contract and food is food. If I were on vacation, I would maybe want something a little nicer to eat, but considering I was hoping to get my mom north as quickly as possible, short stops for perfectly ok takeout were just fine. The team always asked me if I was comfortable, if the food was ok, if there was anything they could do. They were truly fantastic. I would never choose to ride in a van for 22 hours straight if I could help it, but if I had to do it again, I would 100% choose ACC.

Working with ACC was great. It was a stressful move from Ohio to Texas for my mom. Everyone explained everything clearly. I’m the only one who messed up by not getting some of the paperwork done on time, resulting in a delay. But the team came through and got mom on a transport the next day. She was in good spirits when she got here. And the team were courteous, kind and friendly. Yes it’s pricey, but cheaper than flying and I think better than flying. I never worried about, even though I didn’t ride with mom. Jennifer kept me up to date with the progress. Thanks so much

The transportation of my 88 year old mother from Washington State to Wisconsin was flawless! The communication and coordination of pick up and drop off were conducted both timely and professionally. Both facilities were contacted with information on schedules, medications, and any special needs. The crew was AMAZING! They were professional, considerate, and constantly checking with me and my mother to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They asked for meal preferences and went out of their way to provide food we liked. Amber was very kind to my mother, took wonderful care of her, administered her meds and took vitals during the ride. Heath and Alex were exceptional drivers, they were also very considerate of my mother, chatting with her and making her laugh. They did a great job getting us to our destination safely and as quickly as they could. My only criticism for the entire booking process and trip is that the suspension on the van is a bit stiff and it can be a little bumpy in the back. Please recognize this crew for their exceptional performance!

The guys that drove my husband over 800 miles back home to Kentucky did a great job. They kept me informed and I have to say you’ve got some great guys working for you. I wish I would’ve caught all their names, but my brain wasn’t working very good that day because of all that was going on with my husband.

From start to finish, the crew and customer service were wonderful. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone needing medical transportation. Thank you for everything!

It was a long trip but by traveling overnight I was able to sleep a lot of the way. I joke that I took a Redeye.
