ACC Medlink ground transportation was wonderful! Lakisha was our medic and was very attentive and caring the entire trip from CA to Texas. Our drivers, Terrell and Jose were the best at keeping us moving, only stopping when necessary. We felt safe and cared for on what ended up being a 25 hour trip. I highly recommend this company! ( the beds were extremely comfortable. ) Thank you, Nancy

My father was in need of a medical transport from Florida to WA. It was an incredibly stressful situation. The booking process, the team that took care of him were so wonderful. The nurse Jamaica was lovely, she kept me updated during the transport and handled everything with grace and care. My aunt was able to ride with them, she said my dad was so happy to be taken care of by them. Thank you!!

I would to thank the crew aboard with my mother, Suzan, Shava, and Emilio. They were all caring with my mother. They assisted Suzan when needed, assisted me as well. Thank you for taking good care of my mom. This has been hard on our family, we are so grateful. Thank you ACC.

It was a 14 hour trip they made very bearable.

These three crew members do it right. They picked my Dad up on time and arrived safely and on time to the destination 300 miles away. They communicated about departure and ETA and sent me a picture of my dad once they were underway. They stopped briefly and fed my dad some cheeseburger and milkshake. Upon arrival they professionally moved him from the transport bed to the hospice bed. The medic cleaned him up and completed other tasks for my dad before they all left. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and if possible I’d request this specific crew! Thank you so much for your compassion and professionalism!!!

10 stars to the Transport team! They were professional, caring, and so gentle with my mother-in-law. They kept me informed along the way and even took pictures. My mother-in-law, 91 years old, was so happy with the transport team! I'm soo grateful for this service.
