We know that it can be a real problem if a family member who is non-ambulatory needs to be moved a long distance. The person is not able to take a commercial flight because they need medical care. They can’t sit up to ride in a car or other vehicle, either. Our non emergency medical transportation is the answer to this dilemma. Many families have been thankful to discover ACC Medlink. We provide a nurse to care for the patient during transport, and we do everything possible to make the trip as comfortable as possible. Patients rest on an 8” memory foam mattress, and they travel in Mercedes-Benz Sprinter transport vehicles that are large enough for a nurse to stand in while caring for the patient.
