My Personal Experience with ACC Medlink by Leonard Canter

April 13-15, 2017 a Team from ACC Medlink transported my 96 year old mother and myself from Chuluota, Florida to Chico, California. The trip took 48 hours in one of your Mercedes Sprinter vehicles. The journey was beyond my expectations Thanks to the Team; Drivers, Donald and Jonathan and Flight RN Cheryl Conrad. Everything was 5 star treatment for my mother and myself along the way. All Team Members were professional and courteous at all times. I’m truly amazed that ACC Medlink has a Flight RN with the ability and credentials of Cheryl Conrad. My background is USAF plus 42 years in the FAA, most of which were Supervisor, and that Team impressed me as getting the transport done rapidly and professionally. Here are some photos from the trip.
